Quite possibly the worst run hotel in the whole of Nigeria! Staff who have not a single idea on customer service and have an uncanny ability to make you feel incredibly unwelcome at every turn! ||Reception staff have zero idea of any kind of customer service principles. From being unable to find a booking on Expedia to shouting across reception to castigating for not being sat in exactly the right spot when having a beer in an empty lobby! The attitude is very much that customers are a pain in that means they actually have to do some work!||Breakfast is a joke affair with 5 lukewarm dishes, poor coffee and staff playing on phone rather than any attempt to serve you! ||The only plus point is the bed is comfortable and shower was hot with power. Rooms are very small but ok. Noisy due to road outside but useable.||The whole place gives impression of trying to be a pretend version of the Ibis chain (same decor, logo, room design etc). Ibis being a low budget chain, this place takes it even lower.||Lots of pretend apologises and assurances if improvement but will not happen as the capability is not there. ||Really really really avoid! You then won’t be disappointed as wherever else you stay cannot be...

Poor structure covered with nice docor in some places but not all. You only get to watch Youtube on their TV. No satellite TV station is available. Do not use the hotel if you love football. Windows are poor. Toilet window is ajar and not lockable. Never you book online, you will be forced to pay whatever price they wish at the counter when you arrive. They did not accept the booking price. Above all, be ready for last minute embarrassment when checking out. You would be detained till someone inspects the room and gives an all clear signal before you would be allowed to leave the hotel. I understand the need to ensure all is fine but you could do it discretely without your guest knowing. I handed my key, right about there it was handed over to someone and charged to go inspect the room. I sat like a detained criminal until the verdict "you may go sir" was pronounced. This could be handled in a professional way. There standard room is very small with no table for work. There is no room to go round the bed. Above all, if you cannot bear being embarrassed, look for a...

We were in urgent need of a good hotel that was close to the Airport in Ikeja and came acrosd Ivy Hotel. Its a well laid out hotel with a big enough parking space within the premises. Staff were okay not as helpful as I would have expected as the concierge did not assist my partner and I with our luggages from the door neither did they do this at check out. For the room rate I expected more. Also ordering food from the restaurant took forever. In terms of cleanliness it was just okay. We saw small roaches in the bathroom plus it had a smell. The Business room which is the cheapest are way too small and tight so we had to pay for the Deluxe which was a bit more spacious. I enjoyed how spacious the bathrooms was.

Good hotel. I was here for 3 days only hitch is traffic from Allen junction to the hotel especially during work hours. They serve breakfast in the morning though it wasn't buffet. They have a bar, a pool and a good restaurant. The elevator is quite small and there is no cooling on the elevator and walkways. There room are okay. The bed is quite small even for the room of 45k instated in. The AC in the rooms is not central but personal unit. They have hot water kettle in the room and hot water in the bathroom. The toilet are cleaned and we'll maintained
