GREAT VILLE HOTELS — Hotel in Lagos State

Great ville hotel is located at Nathan street,Surulere Lagos. It’s an hotel with a beautiful outlook and aesthetics but they also have their defect’s.

My stay there was a bit lengthy because of the training I had there; first, I noticed their bathroom towels were white, I also noticed they didn’t change the bedspread my entire stay they just kept tucking in the same sheet. I find that unhygienic and a lazy form of housekeeping considering the lodging fee

However, as a guest you’re entitled to complimentary breakfast which takes very long to get prepared and you have to come down to the dining hall to be served , room service is at an extra cost of #500.

Another issue is lack of elevator, for a 3 storey building, it’s a shame you can only resolve to stair case which is a major stress as a guest.

They also have a bar and a pool for use by the guests, I believe it’s an hotel that has prospects if they can work on the things...

The hotel generally is nice. The service of their personnel is actually top notch. They're professional, stick to time and do what they need to do.

The rooms are okay, not very spacious, but they're okay. The bed foam is strong not the soft kind you sink into. Rooms come with an air conditioner and a fridge that work well.

The Tv has different channels, and the resolution is okay.

Their showers are good. However the heating system isn't intuitive, you wouldn't know how to use it if it's your first time seeing that system. But it works though. The water pressure on the topmost floor is a bit low sha. Or rather, was low in my room. So using the shower was a bit frustrating

Their refund policy is SO SO POOR. I made a transfer to the company account and i wasn't debited immediately and they didn't get alert too, but because it was already getting late i then paid in cash Also, so that i can leave, and they promised to refund me once they get credit alert. After a week i went der as usual, then i asked if they got credit alert, because later that night i got debited , but they claimed not to hv gotten any alert from me, they then told me to go to my bank to complain, which i actually did and even printed my statement of account and brought to them, and they confirmed that i was debited, and after that they kept asking me to come back they are working on it. To cut the long story short, This happened in May 3rd 2021... till date they haven't...
