01 Shawarma Surulere — Restaurant in Lagos State

O1 shawarma is relatively a recognized brand. However, this particular branch is not living up to the name. First time I reached out online, got no response. When I visited the location I was told they don't respond after 7pm which was fair enough. Second time I reached out online and after payment was told my order has been placed at 06:33pm. Right now, it's 10:03pm and no delivery, no response, they're not talking calls.

They delivered the item the next day. Terrible experience but I found that the issue was from the person that's supposed to assign the order to the nearest branch.
