I recently had a disappointing experience at the Taishi Hotel in Surulere. The condition of the hotel room, particularly the bathroom, left much to be desired. The toilet was extremely dirty, the tap had a slow and barely functional flow, cobwebs were visible in various corners, and the room had an unpleasant odor.
In hopes of addressing these issues, I contacted the manager. Unfortunately, their response was far from satisfactory. The manager displayed a lack of concern and professionalism. To make matters worse, after requesting assistance, they abruptly switched off their phone, leaving me in a difficult situation.
