Ejanla is a really cool place in Surulere. It boasts of really really well made fish and other foods like fried rice and various ranges of proteins from panla, to catfish, to croaker, to shrimps, to prawns, to turkey, and chicken. My friends and I couldn't have some of the drinks we wanted like milkshakes and smoothies because their blender suddenly went faulty. But our waiter, Destiny, such a super polite and very helpful young man, was quick to allay our worry and suggest other drinks we could opt for that didn't involve blending. The meals had a wait time of about an hour because they were freshly made. But the wait was definitely more than worth it. They tasted so good and they were very large. We couldn't finish our meals and they were packed for us. While we waited for our meals, we had really nice spicy peppered pọnmọ. This was complimentary and on the house. We also played ludo and Scrabble while we waited for our meals. I thought that was really cool. The pepper soup came in large covered dishes. It was simply heavenly. In fact, all the meals were exceptional. Four to five people could have eaten it conveniently. There was Arabian tea served with lemon and honey. Overall, it was a really great place, fantastic service, excellent ambience too. I wonder why they don't have a signpost outside the building for ease of locating the place. But just for reference, it's directly opposite the Access Bank around Eric Moore junction.

I strongly suggest that they prioritise the presentation of their meals. Yes, their meals have a great taste but they should improve on making the presentation more appealing.

The grilled catfish was the bomb! Well spiced and the sides were yummy however the wait time was endless It took over 50mins to 1hour for our food to arrive .

My friend ordered grilled Crocker fish and 30mins later the waited came to tell us " they cant find the Crocker fish of 8k its the one if 12k they can find" and I was livid!!! Lots of things were not available, we asked for an oreo milkshake, the guy told us it was available, came back and said it wasnt . Honestly I would only recommend the grilled fish,I think they are really good at it but other things naaaa

My 3rd friend ordered jollof rice and chicken and the rice wasnt great tasted like those ones you make in your house, the chicken looked and tasted like sadness, fried dry and burnt . They honestly need to work on their wait time, maybe pre grill then customers have to wait for just 15mins which is decent Then their unavailability of items and service. If all these are worked on they will definitely stand...

Yesterday, my friends and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The level of service was extremely poor. We waited for 3 hours before getting our food, and when the food finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold and poorly presented. It's unfortunate to see that the restaurant is responding rudely to customer feedback. Constructive criticism is essential for businesses to grow and improve their services. Responding with rudeness only reflects poorly on the establishment and could potentially drive away more customers. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and care for the customers. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, this time it fell far short of expectations. I wanted to share my experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the overall quality of service and dining experience for future customers. Just...
