The Kingsley - La Prima Casa — Hotel in Lagos State

The staff were very honest, and the customer service was decent. Their security measures were excellent. I stayed in the PRIMA Casa room for 19 days, which was comfortable. However, there was an issue with consistent hot water, especially when the power source switched to the inverter. Despite being assured of constant hot water before booking, I was given hot water manually in a bucket. The Bluetooth connection to the TV was quite bothersome, as it activated with power changes, waking me up in the middle of the night since I am a light sleeper. On a few occasions, my room was not cleaned properly, and the tissue supply was not replenished. To their credit, when I reported the issues, the manager addressed them promptly and followed up, though some problems persisted, which I eventually chose to overlook. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing—so small that even a toddler would need more. Additionally, I once found an earthworm in the bathroom and had to call for its removal. Their service is extremely poor, my item was stolen by one of their staff and the attitude of other staff toward it was 0, the manager even mentioned when we got to the police station that one of their staff who cleaned the room has stolen something twice but they failed to sack him. ( I am not sure of the kind of management they have).

they don’t always have a running water, I spent more than 10 days in their hotel (room 208) and I am usually calling the receptionist for water. They always fetch us water because one minute their water is running the next minute their is no more water

My two weeks stay at the hotel was a horrible one. The restaurant was a haunting place. You're served food with water and have to buy a bottle of Aquafina water for 1k. It took a lot of back and forth before they started to offer us water during breakfast at the restaurant.

The infrastructure is okay, but their services are horrible. I left there sick and still receiving treatment...
