Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, the property is located overlooking the Misfat Al abreen village, the rooms were very clean, large cot and clean sheets, the balcony view of the old village is just amazing. The balcony is quite big, with a low table and sofa/chairs and a nice big fan above. One can easily spend an evening there and not worry about anything else. You can also walk around or down the property to the village. Mr. Yaqoob is an amazing host and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The room charges were also very nominal, pretty great rate for first class rooms there. The bathrooms were very clean. There's a nice little space within the property and outside as well to park your car. There's a common hall/majilis where there's an oven, flask and a refrigerator, there are water bottles, coffee tea sachets, dates and biscuits for the guests. We were two adults and a kid and my daughter absolutely enjoyed the place. I highly recommend this place.

Just came back from Misfah View and can highly recommend it to everyone looking for a place to stay in that area. Brand new accommodation with stunning views. We received a very warm and professional welcome and felt very comfortable during our stay. The room is very spacious and well furnished. It is equipped with lots of handy facilities such as a fridge, kettle, and tv. The common area is equipped with everything one can need for meal times, with cutlery and crockery, lots of seating options and also a great traditional lounge set up. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast provided by our host. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and lush with lots of greenery. Would highly recommend taking a walk through the palm tree plantation, where you can also see figs, limes and papaya trees growing, to the old village. Big Thanks to the owner for making us feel so welcome.

The room was clean with fresh bedding and a very nice towel. All was new and has full range of electrical needs (lights, fan, AC, plugs, etc…). It not clear how often the carpet is vacuumed, as I cut my hand with some broken glass that was on the carpet. The views across to Misfāh were nice from the balcony (make sure to request a balcony room), and water, tea, coffee and biscuits are in abundant supply. The veranda window has a screen door, which was helpful. The shower has very good water pressure. The service is simple, responsive and appropriate for the very reasonable rate.

Practically a brand new place-very modern. Room + bathroom were huge & the large balcony w/table & chairs was great w/a lovely view to Misfah at sunset-naturally. Room also had a large mini-fridge. ||There was also a common sit down dining area apart from the handful of rooms w/microwave & a fridge stocked w/bottled water + hot tea option. No complaints at all except...||the room lighting. Oh my. Such a big miss-kind of hard to believe. It was very, very bright fluorescent lighting for some reason & that was it. Either on or off. Good thing I didn't bring a chica to get jiggy with-not romantic at all. Not even a table lamp. Nothing. All or nothing.||I mentioned this to the proprietor in a message after I left. If he addresses this mis-hit in Mis-fah, then he hits a home run w/this cool...
