This is now my fourth stay at Sama Hotel. I’ve visited in December, February, June, and now July within 18months and I can genuinely say: it’s flawless every time.

What truly makes this place special is the people.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hariprasad (Hotel Manager), whose kindness and attention to detail set the tone for the entire team. His presence is discreet yet deeply impactful you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment you arrive.

The front office team, especially Clince and Tariq, are absolute professionals: helpful, polite, always ready to assist, and never without a warm smile. Whether it’s an early check-in, a special exception, a smooth check-in, or even a late checkout, they always find a way to accommodate you with grace and efficiency.

And the housekeeping staff, Ashraf and Mizan, deserve a standing ovation. The rooms are always spotless, fresh, and prepared with real care. You feel like someone took the time to make your space feel like home and that is priceless.

Everyone here seems genuinely committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible and it shows. Every gesture, every smile, every act of service feels thoughtful and sincere.

I stayed two nights with the family here.

The hotel is very good looking from outside but the rooms are bit old (decoration, furniture, painting, floors, pantry, and toilet). All were old - I think this is because the hotel is very old. They need refurbishment but overall, the place is very clean. The hotel is quiet and that was a plus for us. Staff are really nice. They try to be very helpful but I think they are under staffed so we faced multiple delays with some requests. The morning buffet has lots of varieties for both, adults and kids (this is a plus).

I was given a chalet. It was good. The size of room is big. The living room is also big and we were given as extra bed to accommodate the whole family. That was very much appreciated. The pillows in the room were not comfortable. The location of the AC is in front of the bed, it was very difficult to control the flow of air. The chalet has a very good privacy and there is a door at the back that you can use to sit with family in isolation.
