Grand Palm Hotel — Hotel in Model Town Tehsil

Where do I start, worst experience ever. The cleanness of this hotel is absolutely disgusting. Still getting goose bumps thinking about it.

Check into this hotel on Wednesday and we were taken to our room there was a lump of brown hairs on the bed , now my hair is jet black and we called the manager Khawaja sab we showed him the bed, we asked for the bed covers to be changed and when stripped there was a huge red stain on the on the duvet it looked like blood/ zinc not sure but I felt so sick I didn’t know what to say I don’t know who made this khawaja sab guy a manager this guy has no people skills what so ever. Was making excuses after excuses, no empathy whatsoever was getting bad vibes from this guy from the start.

So the next day we let our hotel around 3pm to go shopping went down to reception we were greeted by maya and Rayyan and I asked them to ask Bilal the house keeping chap to clean our room as Bilal said he would take ownership they replied yes madam will be done . Returned after 5 hours the room hadn’t been touched when I questioned why my room was cleaned they then started the room cleaning which took 35 mins and we waited in reception area, stressed and annoyed.

Later on that night the supervisor Dilbar Ahmed for tge house keeping came and said madam I’m so sorry but the reception area didn’t inform us. I will call you later on tonight and advised you what we can do as you have been inconvenienced no call was made. It was like they brushed it under the carpet. Asked to speak to the hotel manager Asghar Sab I was told he will be there in the morning. Spoke to Asghar sab and gave him all the information he said I will investigate and call you back I finish my shift at 5pm I will definitely call u back. Come 5pm no call from Asghar Sab I actually called him and chased for an update.

I feel that they don’t care about customer service at all. They brush everything under the carpet. Very very bad experience from this hotel. Stay away from this hotel and don’t waste your money. Bad customer service, rude staff, lack of communication with customer absolutely 0 Waste of money staying at this hotel.

Khawaja sab please go and do everyone a favour and do course on customer service. You really don’t know how to deal with customers

Worst customer service ever from the staff in this hotel Stay away from...

Let's start from beginning. We booked a room with master bed. On arrival (12pm) they told us no room with master bed is currently available, you have to wait till 2pm. We said OKAY, even though we mentioned our time of arrival between 12-1pm so according to this, room should have been ready by then. So after wait, they still alotted us small room with standard size bed while charging us of executive/master bed. Anyhoo! We immediately went back to reception to get it changed with master bed and idk why but the guy on reception behaved rudely! (We have all the right to ask for services we were paying for). He allotted us master bed-room immediately. Well after all the hassle and travelling, we crashed in our room and was too tired to point out anything. At night i got to know that flush tank was not working at all, neither the sink and bath tub drainage was working properly. Early morning i complained that please send somebody to check and receptionist said okay, we then went to have breakfast. Once i got back from breakfast, nobody checked our washroom and the matter was unresolved. The WASHROOM WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND THE ROON WAS SO DIRTY as it seemed that the room have not been used by any guest since so long because of NON FUNCTIONING WASHROOM. My husband got offended and asked them to change our room immediately as we had to extend our stay. So finally after xhanging 2 room, we got a better room. Still the washroom's drainage needs attention and so does the housekeeping.

Their room service and laundry service is extremely slow. And almost in my 5 days stay, every time i called room service, i found them extremely rude. Oh! And i asked them to make food for my baby (i provided the ingredients myself), yet they charged me 500 for just putting ingredients in a pan and for boiling it? Duh! Anyway! Thanks to them for giving complimentary bananas for my baby.

What i only liked about this hotel was breakfast buffet. But their service/ refilling was extremely slow because there were hardly 1-2 waiters with lots of crowd to handle.

i will surely not visit this...
