I am convincingly giving a 1 star for two reasons. First, our first order of black coffee was good, but the next two felt like we were drinking sugary water. I also gave my feedback to their employee who had called me to ask about the coffee. She was asking me to give a 5-star review even though I didn't have a good experience. Maybe they don't tick off the customers they have already called because I got her call twice in the same day. Not a problem, but then at around 12:30 midnight, I receive a call from their Manager to ask about my feedback on my previous orders. I only picked up the call because i thought my cousin had ordered again, as he had given my number previously and who wasn't home at that time. Feedback lenay ka koi time hota hai bhai! Ye raat 12 bajay k baad konsi emergency hogai feedback lenay ki? Or phir sunnay ki himmat nai and cut my call mid-sentence. Never recommending Northlandz...

After reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to place an order for Northlandz signature pizza through Food Panda. However, my experience turned out to be quite shocking and disappointing. Upon receiving the food, I discovered a small piece of hair in the pizza, which was highly unappetizing and unacceptable. Additionally, the quality of the fruit toppings on the pizza was subpar, leaving much to be desired. Moreover, despite the fact that the ingredients list clearly mentioned the inclusion of nuts and fruits, there was not a single nut present in the pizza. This inconsistency between the advertised ingredients and the actual product was highly disappointing and misleading. I dont remember when was the last time i gave a 5star review, but guys this place shocked 😲 me with everything they had well this was my first time at this place,evey person was so welcoming, food was astonishing, atmosphere was awsome nothing like it, the food quantity which i never compromise on and believe me these guys have NAILED it, everything they served me was so delicious, i had no words to express, 2 months in Pakistan but never came across that type of food quality, everything they use has been imported from USA , today they will be making me sweet danish on my request the head chef is a gem, lets c how that thing goes but im assured that will also be mouthwatering.
