Possibly a nice facility with terrible customer service from management. The woman working at the spa was kind and pleasant.

Booked a 4.5 hour spa circuit. After 25 mins in the finnish sauna was told our session was over--two women had booked the entirety of the spa for the entire week and the hotel manager had not informed the spa staff. Our session was over, and I am sure there were others with bookings that would be cancelled.

To add to the insult, we had to listen one of the women berate the spa staff, and later the spa staff had to apologetically offer the women free services per instruction from hotel management.

We never spoke to the hotel manager, they made the lady working at the spa deal with both us and the unpleasant woman.

After a decent wait we were driven over to another facility 20mins away where we paid full price for a 1hr massage, but missed out on the rest of the 3.5hr spa experience because hotel managment is a coward and some customers can't...

One of our most memorable stays. The property is beautiful, the hosting team is kind, peaceful and sincerely hospitable. The rooms are well designed, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location is breathtaking in a sacred mountain and in a not so touristic small town (don't spoil it!). The ambiance is generous, spiritual and warm, very far from an impersonal/cold large hotel chain treatment. We loved thank the whole team including Abelardo, Carlos, Luis, Nilda, Eulogio, the spa and maintenance/garden team for their sweet attention. Handy: spa access, chef meals, local tips, bikes, a healthy and delicious breakfast, links to local transportation, laundry help, good quality toiletries, access to clean drinking water, social and alone spaces (e.g.:meditation areas). Ease of arrangement of activities without a pushy environment, the team was kind and not into sales gimmicks. The place is built for relaxing and connecting...
