Only stayed 1 night - which was too much. The hotel's hallways are LOUD, we had a schollclass roaming about the hotel and NOBODY of the staff nor of the teachers made a stop to this terror! Even in the restaurant they raomed and only after I myself really raised my voice LOUD for some tranquility to be able to have a decent conversions ourselves some hotel guy came and took a look, but did not call those kids for raison! ||In the business room was some kind of speech, yet with open doors which also contributed to the loudness. Yet this one was ended in a decent time.||The rooms have the charme of a cheap closet, the fridge in the room alreasy on the outside was terribly dirty mst not have seen a cleaning rag for years. Don't bother to open the curtains: the only thing you'll see is a air shaft. It seems that the staff is still in learning modus and for this everything takes a while. ||And it's 12 blooks from the center - which we were told - and no other restaurants around. HOTEL ANTIGUO. NI MAS REGRESO. Realice la reserva vía WhatsApp, mes de septiembre 2022. Desde un inicio el cuarto no estába "listo limpio" Me dijeron que había cama Queen para 3 personas cuando la realidad es de cama dos plazas, número de Cuarto 305 Cuando le dije a la Srta que no fue el cuarto que se acordó recalcó que era cama Queen entonces pedí devolución de dinero y proceder a retirarme porque no solo fue la cama ... Sino la terraza estaba full polvo sucio y el baño que no.pedi jacuzzi estaba manchado sucio ni brillaba. Y todo eso por el costo de S/ 160.00 que más son decoraciones y sonsera y 1/2 que una buena cama y buen baño. Le.pedi a la Srta que me devuelva el dinero y no procedió me dio.opcion de otro cuarto. Cuando lo vi a simple vista.se veía más.amplio y acepte. GRAN ERROR! Del tercer piso hasta el.otro.3er piso de.otro ambiente. Si me devolvieron la diferencia por ser un cuarto antiguo. Sinseramente una odisea después de llegar de viaje de 3 1/2 horas. PARA EL COLMO SIN ASCENSOR!!!! De primera te.comunican que si manchan la sábana o la frasada te cobran 90 soles de.multa. Si ingresasvalgún producto que no sea del hotel 10% te cobran Me dieron a elegir un cuarto de cama dos plazas y plaza 1/2 Acepte pensando que sería mejor. Pues no! es peor, porque las cortinas puro polvo sucios, las ventanas pasan filtro el aire y molestoso silbido, el aire acondicionado es antiguo tan antiguo que estuvo programado a las 4 am se activó y a volumen alto. Todo el frío molestoso en mis pies y ni siquiera consideraron que ese ambiente NO ES APTO PARA MENORES DE EDAD. El desayuno buffet nada interesante las aceitunas ya pasadas de sabor. Los baños son corrientes remodelados. El friobar desactivado, los veladores desenchufados, los interruptores lejos de la cama. Como dice su wifi POSADA DE LUNA porque sinseramente no es hotel es POSADA. No cumplen con reclamento que no se hace bulla en la noche sin embargo dejan que hagan lo que quieren y no dejan descansar. OBSERVEN BIEN LOS COMENTARIOS DE GOOGLE MAPS. PORQUÉ EN BOOKING SOLO DICEN COSAS POSITIVAS MAS NO...

My spouse and I stayed 5 nights. The room was in front on 2nd floor next to conference room. It was noisy, but mostly from external sources -- dog barking, horns, etc. One evening there was a meeting next door and it did not end until 11pm, so there was internal noise then. The room was spacious and clean, and everything worked. The air conditioning is a plus. The restaurant in the hotel is adequate, not gourmet, but the menu is very comprehensive and pisco sours are great.
