Terrible attitude from most people at hotel, especially from the Reception Desk and post particularly on the part of employee with surname QUESQUEN. His attitude is the type that shames the entire country named Peru. He will not answer phone because he is too busy laughing and talking to other young men who work there. When I told him about my complaint, he puts on a clown face and a permanent cynical smile. One of the other young men was like that too. The hotel's Internet is really bad. Finally, the restaurant is one of those places that puts Peru to shame in the face of the world. The lady who runs it is really pathetic. On top of everything, there was nobody to complain to with regard to any of the above. I did write my complaint in the Complaints Book available there (by law), but they didn't make it easy for me to use it. My complaint is No. 000007. You are right next to the Paseo de las Musas, which is a short, but pretty stroll. You can also easily walk to many of the popular restaurants, parks, and churches.
