My room was on the first floor. The price was high in my opinion: 50 soles a night for the room. The room had 2 single beds; not one chair. The bedcover was not clean; the sheets were. The toilet did not have a seat; but the shower made it up because the shower was excellent and it was warm. It is a very noisy hotel. You hear everything from neighbours surrounding. Two nights I stayed and 2 nights I woke up at 3 o'clock at night because the neighbours had their tv at full volume. First night it was my next door neighboor and I knocked the door. The lady lowered the volume. The second night it was one room further; I went to the reception. The reply was: the guy is drunk. The recepcionist went to the room and after 5 minutes knocking on the door there finally the volume was lowered. Because of the way it is built (a open airspace to which all windows are connected) you really hear everything other people are doing at night ;-) The WiFi did not work; they connected me twice but it is a very strange connection and it gave the notice: This internetconnection does not work...
Read moreEverything looks great at the beggining but everything is wrong with that place. We are travelling in Peru since 2 months, about 12 different places and we never seen something like that. Starting with the stuff, no eye contact, no culture, no 'hello' 'goodbye', everybody was acting like we are bothering them. The receptionist/manager was very unfriendly and even rude in my opinion, asked about anything was just rolling her eyes and whispering, trying to make us feel stupid. Room was dirty, especially bathroom with black, long hair everywhere, spiderwebs in the windows and wardrobe, they don't clean 'behind things' toilet, tap, bed. Included breakfast: the cheapest possible things you can find here, old bread, disgusting 'coffee' and also waitress of course acting like we are unwelcomed there. Nobody cares about safety or comfort of guests. Room next to ours and people in swimming pool made private parties with own soundsystems and speakers, screaming children-nobody cares, nobody reacts. Additionaly after checking on websites we realized that they asked us to pay way more on place. Realmente...
