The restaurant itself is clean but that's the only positive thing.
Carbonara: Price quality comparison is out of reach. 30-40 soles for the pasta carbonara. A real carbonara is made with real bacon. The meat used in my carbonara is some slices overly sweat chopped sausages. Way too much cheese and barely any flavours like some Italian herbs.
The mixed pasta with fettuchini, ravioli and gnocchi has clearly vegetables from a can or frozen vegetables packages. And as one might expect: cooking different pasta styles causes a mess: the gnocchi is overcooked.
Other No-Go's: Open connection to the kitchen. The chef seems to rebuild the kitchen at the same time of cooking. The noise might seems for some that the chef is trying to cook, though to me it seems he is simply throwing stuff around. Drinking glasses not clean. Only after asking for the bill the second Coca-Cola arrived at the table.

Pizzas were actually pretty damn expensive which is surprising as it feels like we're away from the touristy areas here.
I ended up getting Gnocchi in the end which was actually slightly disappointing as it was incredibly soft, however, I tried my girlfriend's tomato based pasta which was incredibly delicious, so I put it down to ordering the wrong thing.
