Hotel Retamayo — Hotel in Ica

No vayan a este hotel.|Llegamos por la tarde y nadie nos explicó que aproximadamente 100 niños llegarían más tarde. Los niños llegaron sobre las 21:30, ruidosos y emocionados. A las 22:00 empezó la fiesta en la piscina y discoteca para los niños.|Tuvimos que exigir que nos llevaran a otro hotel.|Nos llevaron a una habitación peor en un hotel más adelante. Nos dijeron que podíamos obtener un reembolso parcial. Debido a la habitación y las molestias.|A la mañana siguiente, el hotel se negó a reembolsarnos el dinero. I don’t understand why the lower rating. This hotel is exactly what I need. Quiet but easy access to huacachina (s/5 by mototaxi). Basic but has everything you need for a visit for just 1-2 days. Price is cheap and there are a few local restaurant around, and again, huacachina is only 3-4 mins by moto taxi. Plaza de Armas maybe s/10-15 by...

Pésima experiencia.

1. En recepción brindan un wifi que es para todos los pisos y estando a metros de la recepción, a mi habitación (Piso 1) no agarraba su wifi.
2. Las habitaciones no tienen colgadores (hay pisicina) la ropa sale mojada, es indispensable.
3. Ascensor malogrado
4. Habitación matrimonial con solo una toalla.
5. Ducha sin vidrios o cortinas, todo el agua se salía generando charcos en el baño.
6. Sigo sin recibir mi boleta electrónica que indicaron enviarían al instante a mi correo.
7. Atención pésima: Subidas de voz, hostilidad, me lanzaron las monedas de vuelto en la mesa por una compra de agua (específicamente un señor mayor con todo el cabello canoso).
