CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL !!! ||Unfortunately, we had very bad experiences and cannot understand the good reviews. The relatively new hotel does not come anywhere close to the impression on the booking portals, is basic and significantly overpriced. Many things have been cut back in order to achieve maximum profit. We cannot recommend the hotel at all.|We had no hot water (the owner himself tried unsuccessfully to repair it), not even air conditioning, only a fan, so it was unbearably warm and stuffy, especially at night, and the window could not be darkened. No privacy, you can partly see into the rooms. If you open the glass door, you are tormented by mosquitoes; there is no mosquito protection. |The breakfast was so poor that many guests brought their own food with them.|The hotel is located outside ICA near the dunes at the end of a dusty road.|The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were worth mentioning positively.|Due to the hotel's shortcomings, we left earlier. Although Fabio as well as the hotel owner Maurizio agreed to a refund of 1 of the 3 booked nights due to the technical defects, the owner refused to do so with Agoda and the agreed refund...

It is a completely new hotel that was recently opened. Therefore we could see there are a few things that haven't been finished yet. We were almost the only ones in the hotel so it was very quiet during the day. Unfortunately, there is a place nearby where events are organized and it is very noisy which is very unpleasant in the evening. The staff is very nice, but sometimes very unprofessional as they talk on the phone near the pool when you want to relax. The hotel doesn't provide any free drinking water and they charge 5 SOL for a small batter of water which you can buy on the street for 1,2. There is almost no water pressure for hot water. It's nearly impossible to wash your hair. There are unsatisfying blinds in front of the glass door as one can see through them to your bed. Breakfasts are simple but good, nothing special. I hope they will improve...
