Casa Andina Premium Golf Los Incas — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

My husband and I had a lovely stay here on our anniversary. The room, we upgraded, was large and well appointed with beautiful views of Lima. The bathroom was very large with a wonderful jacuzzi for 2 in the center, although a bit slippery! Service was excellent, both the girls at reception, porter, bar, etc. Everyone was very amiable and helpful. The highlight was the spa, where we had reserved a couples massage. This couldn't have been more relaxing and professional, expensive but something worth repeating. The pool area was a disappointment as the pool is small and doesn't receive much sun but as the hotel is built onto a hill, the lack of space is understandable. Another surprise was that if you order something to eat at the pool area, you are charged as if it is room service. For that reason, we skipped the pool on our second day. The restuarant is small but has a fair amount of visitors at the morning buffet. As for dinner, the menu is limited but food was ok. As Lima is a gastronomic wonder, I imagine most people would want to eat out. We live in Lima so just wanted to relax in one place. If we stayed again, I would probably go out. This hotel is amazing! The hospitality, wonderful food, beautiful rooms, and stunning views were all incredible. My family and I stayed here in January while attending a wedding in Lima, and this hotel was undoubtedly a highlight of our trip.||Checking in was very easy. When we arrived at our rooms, we were blown away! They were spotless. All of the rooms were updated with a balcony that opened fully. The views were amazing at night. The staff came in every day to clean our rooms, which was a nice touch. The area around the hotel felt safe, as it’s in a gated community, which gave us a great sense of security.||The hospitality was exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was excellent—there are several restaurants and a bar, and everything we tried was delicious. The 24-hour room service was also fantastic. The pool area was peaceful, and the massages were amazing. ||The hotel is also in a great location is a few minutes away from the mall and a lot of shopping centers/restaurants. ||Overall, this hotel is worth every penny. My wife and I decided to spend our first married night at this five star hotel. Although the hotel was very good it failed to reach the five star standard in many regards. Initially we were directed to an inferior room and we were only upgraded to the room that we had ordered after returning to the reception (our initial phone request was ignored).

When we eventually got to the correct room we found the standard to be very good. The room was clean and the facilities were excellent. The jacuzzi was very good, but the sauna was a bit cool. The food for breakfast was delicious and the attentiveness of the waiters was very professional.

Unfortunately there was building work being carried out which we could hear from our room. Further we could not relax by the pool due to building noise which spoiled a planned very quiet stay. We asked for a good will gesture (followed up by an email contact) when leaving to make up for the problems, but this has so far fallen on deaf ears.
