Pardos Chicken Surco — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I decided to bring my family here because of the distance and good reviews but my experience was far from my expectations. I arrived with my family and there was no hostess so we had to decide where to seat, we picked a table around busy tables so they will notice us but no one ever came. After 10 mins a lady brought us the menu and "claimed" a waitress will come within 3 mins to take our order which never happened we sat there for another 10 mins and no one came to even ask us if we wanted to start with drink or appetizers. I really didn't appreciate their service and because I wouldn't stand more humiliation i told my family that it was time to go so we left the menus in the table and of course no one came to say anything or even apologize. I really will give no stars to this location. I have eaten at Pardos before and never felt or experienced...

It is a good place to eat the traditional Peruvian roasted Chicken. They have other things too, like the delicious anticuchos which is pieces of heart meat in a skewer. They also have good desserts. Me he llevado una muy poco grata experiencia ayer en este restaurante, principalmente por el servicio. El pollo llegó antes que la ensalada, los cubiertos y las salsas fueron insuficientes, ningún mesero estuvo pendiente de nuestra mesa (éramos 25 personas), cada vez que necesitábamos algo teníamos que pásale la voz a gritos a los meseros; y para remate cuando fui a reclamar mi boleta electrónica, el mesero indicó que había consultado 2 veces y que no le habían solicitado boleta electrónica, cuando no fue así, no estaría escribiendo este comentario, si el se hubiera disculpado en vez de excusarse y responder con poco respeto. Lo más paradójico fue que tuvo el descaro de pedir propina cuando cobro, me parece valido hacerlo siempre y cuando sepas que tú servicio fue impecable, espero no tener...
