Extremely noisy hotel. You hear everything that happen in the corridor : people talking, walky talky noise or people hitting the walls when they start cleaning early in the morning, other client coming and leaving during the night. Even loud music in corridor at 7am (don't know if it was cleaning team or other client).
Strong piping vibration noise coming from ceiling each time some one is taking a shower..... Employees just explained that is due to a overpressure water in the pipe without fixing the problem or offering to change the room.
In the room no windows to the outside but only to the corridor, no blackout curtain (only light curtain). So you can enjoy all the night logn the light from the corridor'
And in addition they invoice you 5% additional fee than what is indicated in booking !!!
Also they asked you to leave the key at the reception for cleaning on the morning, but if you do so they don't clean the room....
My advise If you want to sleep : take another hotel !! Is not expensive but it doesn't...

Read moreI stayed here for 10 days. Hot water has always been there. Gym with basic equipment. Fridge and fan in the room. Daily cleaning, friendly and welcoming staff. You can do your laundry here as well at the same price as anywhere outside. Paper thin walls, so yes you will hear your neighbors. You need 15-20 minutes walking to the city center. The hotel and the rooms (floors, towels, sheets, toilet paper) are kept very clean. At the price you pay for a night with decent breakfast here, you can't complain about anything. It's a great value for money when you need to drop your stuff somewhere and go out to enjoy Arequipa and all the tours this area...
