El primer piso es la biblioteca de la Ciudad y el Segundo el museo. Posee buenos e increíbles pasajes de la história tacneña y de la guerra del Pacífico. Aunque le falta más artículos históricos a mi parecer. Destacar el mapa de la antigua provincia y la resolución del presidente hoover sobre los nuevos límites post guerra entre Chile y Perú.
