Hospedaje Las Colinas — Hotel in Tarapoto

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. No air conditioning but good fans and ventilation. Owner is a very sweet lady and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Hotel is just "off the path" enough in town to be nice and quiet. Only one motor car drivers in 10 days did'nt know where it was so we just flagged down another one. Just a half a block from a main road where you can catch a motor car to anywhere. 3 blocks to a drop off laundry. Different food places within a block or two in every direction. They have cold water and soda at front desk for about 60 cents US. I believe it was roughly 20 bucks US a night and well worth it. No hot water but we enjoyed the refreshing showers.
