I ordered the Inka roll with cooked salmon and crab, It was fun and definitely had a Peruvian twist to it. It appears all the food is cooked which probably is for the best as there’s just not enough traffic to substantiate keeping fresh raw food on hand. Don’t let that stop you when you want something different then regular Peruvian food.
