Maharajah Hotel — Hotel in Angeles

well, we were here and i forgot my paperbag with 2 lunchbox inside it and the following day, i check for my things if it was still there, and then one guy told me he just put it on the front desk and the receptionist said she didnt saw it and the guy told me to wait for it and he ask for other staffs,the other staffs told me that they also saw the paper bag i was claiming but they dont know where they last saw it,,and yeah the guy stop searching for it and just watch a movie on his cp while we we're talking to him. oh god,,that was very disrespectful and unproffesional , it seems like dont even care with their customers and then thhey told me that they might have been put it in the trash because their reason is "if someone forgot something here we put it in the trash so that the place will stay clean" and i was like really? they could've put it in the front desk oor some sort of lost and found and wait for someone to take it right and so when we were about to go the girl in the front desk said....". we didnt saw your paperbag,,, it might have been put on trash the one with two green lucnh box..".. well that was being dishonest shame on you,,,,,pls put some peopple who can be trusted and take charge in this place ..its really frustrating besides that lunch box is just cheap but has sentimental value for me but the mere thing that they are dishonest ...thats the thing i...

We stayed here for 1 night and for me it was close to ok. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it is inside a village or something, for security reasons it is very good I would say. The reception was friendly and the entrance is nice and unique. The let down for me is the actual room. Upon going to the room the hallway ambience is a bit scary for me, its a bit dark and no decorations on the wall at all. We stayed at the royal premiem room. First, the actual room is far different from the photos on their website the floor is very old and weary and lots of marks on it, dust on the table and the worst part is the blanket on the bad has lots of holes on it! I just cant believe that they use those old as in very old sheets / blankets! No bar fridge, no hair dryer and the TV signal was pretty bad - to make things worst we ordered our dinner to the hotel restaurant and took then like 1 hour or so to deliver (take note that I need to go there myself and follow it up) So definitely I will not stay here again, there are far more hotel better...

I'm sure this hotel seen better days . on entering the lobby the place is dark .||there is no Aircon . the front doors are left open , mosquito are everywhere.||making my way to our room , the carpets are like a red colour but are so filthy they are almost black .on entering the room there was a musky smell. there are lots of mosquitoes already in the room . there is a small fridge . everything look extremely tired and unhygienic . they ask for extra money if you want a extra towel .I wanted to buy a bottle of water . I called reception and she said we don't have any drinks or any food .my first night stay all I could hear was the cockroaches , it was unbearable.i had already been bitten all over my body by mosquitoes.my friend in another room was experiencing pretty much the same.after 2 nights we moved to another hotel . my friend was sick with fever from the mosquito bites for 4 days . maharaja hotel could be something great as its in a nice location if only they change the management and spend some money bringing it...
