Bad Service ------'xThe interior was New but was dissapointed to the 4 staff in the Coffee Bar they dont pay attention ones the guest just came. Need to raised my hand 4 times to be notice. I knew that one guy saw me but did not do anything ,or ask someone to assist me i do think his job was a coffee maker only & pretend did not saw me waived . Atlast one guy approche me the Chubby person (Sorry !did not get his name) When i had my food and finish again need to raised hand for almost 6 times . Again 4 people in the Bar 2 Ladys and 2 men .
The Lady whos not on her uniform was more attentive to ask how to do or make Coffee it was like Coffee class with the other person whos knowlegable with the Machine. It was like a session "How to make a coffe" rather to be attentive to its guest the Restaurant was so small not to be Notice if they are attentive !!!! So insted i raised again my hand need to call them loud by far if i could have the Bill. And apprently the 2 table look at me having with a loud voice. Good thing the Chubby guy came , did not get his name & inform him ,that so dissapointed with the 4 people busy on how to make coffe instend one of them should do eye what might guest need. Read moreDinner place on our last day trip in Bacolod. Well, being one of those top rated restos in the city we are not dissappointed at all.
Food? Definitely delicious, ample serving maybe good for 2. I forgot to take a pic of the other orders but they have generous serving.
Drinks? We've tried matcha latte and mocha and shakes. Well it taste well and price worthy.
Pastries? They have many choices from cakes, quick bites, bread or maybe pasalubong! Affordable.
Atmosphere? Well it's not as big as the other cafe or resto but can accomodate just right group of people.
Parking space? They have it in front and the other side but limited. Maybe on peak hours will be difficult.
Overall, twas nice and satified experience....
