First of all there is gender inequality that is going on with this hotel. So you see, we are trying to find a place to sleep last night and we found this horrible hotel with lots of good reviews that's why we decided to choose this hotel to spend the night. So we are three guests that would like to check in. I am with my brother and my sister. The staff told me that "Tatlo pala kayo? Akala ko dalawa lang kayo. Hindi kayo pwede kung tatlo." And we asked why since we are willing to pay for the additional head naman and we are all siblings then the staff replied "Dalawa kasi lalaki. Kung dalawa sana yung babae tapos isang lalaki pwede pero hindi pwede kapag dalawang lalaki tapos isang babae". Come on we are siblings, we already presented our IDs but the staff is insisting that only two girls and 1 boy can stay. After that one, we spoke with a supervisor and raised our concern. They already allowed us to stay. Then after a few minutes we got a call from the awful frontdesk. She was asking about the money that I gave the staff. We were discussing about the additional head and she asked me that I gave a "2500 deposit" then I aswered no. What I gave the staff is the payment and they never asked for a deposit. But that rude lady on the phone told me, "yung 2.5k po na binigay niyo is yung deposit niyo po" then I replied, "ay sorry po, bali yung 2.5k ko po kasi is yung payment po for the room and I didn't consider it as a deposit kasi di ba po ang deposit is makukuha niyo po once you checked out?" She replied, "payment and deposit is the same thing po. Ang gulo niyo po kausap (With a rude tone of voice)." Like what? I know there are times na magkakaroon ng misunderstanding thru the phone with the management and customers but then that is not the correct tone and response that you should be using while you are having a conversation with your customers. Malay ko ba na magkaiba kami ng definition ng payment and deposit? 😏 Anyways, I don't recommend this hotel. Find another one who will treat you better and make you feel important.

My wife and I were very happy to discover this wonderful hotel on the Tirona Highway. The staff is dedicated to making your stay as stress-free as possible, in every way. What could be more stress-free than creating your own check-in and check-out times? We were staying there while my wife's house in Imus was being renovated. We stayed in every type of room, I think, during the two weeks we were there, including the "honeymoon suite." All rooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting. If problems arose, like not being able to figure out the jacuzzi or how to get local channels on the TV... a simple call to the 24/7 front desk had a competent person at our door in minutes to fix it. The food is mostly very delicious... I got hooked on their simple corned beef and eggs breakfast. Food service is quick and food arrives still hot. They offer local transportation at a fee similar to Grab. The hotel is a short jeepney ride to SM Bacoor Mall and a quick walk to several sari-sari stores, 7-11, Alfamart. Every employee here is very nice, helpful, and hard working. I looked forward to coming back to this hotel each night. If we ever need a hotel in the area in the future, we will definitely be staying here. Much value for your money. Everything you want in a hotel.

The place is really good. Worth the price you will be paying. It is so clean. The ambiance is good. You will love their food menu. All of it. Free breakfast for 24 hours stay and free food for 5 hours stay. The area is secured. Lighting and mirror in the room is perfect.

You don't need a reception desk. This place was quite interesting, the lack of reception desk was overshadowed by the great and enthusiastic service of the bell boys. ||When you pull into the hotel there is someone to greet you and direct your car to one of their garage type apartments. Once out of the vehicle they asked how long are you staying, one hour or five hours... Great, I thought to myself, we are in a shag-a-docious type of place. My thoughts were to leave immediately. Considering I am in a foreign country, and the last place I just left from was an Air-Bnb, mistake, (me incorrectly reading the listing) I decided to give it a shot. ||The pros:|The bell boys literally run to you once you leave the apartment if you have anything in your hands. They are very friendly and make you feel at home. |Kitchen is open 24 hours, because of my diet I did noy eat any meat, although my wife said it was good. Mini fridge was also nice. ||Cons:|Room smelled like cigarettes. No reception desk, just an 'area' outside with a desk where you can pay your bills. ||Overall :|It was a decent stay, the room seemed clean, although we itched a bit. I searched for bed bugs but didn't see any. I am not sure you can see bed bugs unless you have a serious infection. One small incident while using the bathroom at night, I felt something itching on my private part (male), I instinctively reached down and grabbed that area and I flung up some kind of bug that hit the floor and made its way around the corner out of site. I know what you must be thinking. This nasty guy already had some kind of...... Nope not in any way. Not sure if maybe it was a roach that was in the toilet already and I 'helped' him get out, nonetheless it freaked me out and now anytime I go to the toilet I am doing some checking. |Normally the combined pros and cons would give this place a lower score, but whay really made this place special was the special attention the...

We came late evening without any booking and only needed to eat a bit and have a nice sleep.||You can rent rooms here on short time basis !!!!! ||No pro apparent though, think it is mostly used as a get-away for young couples :-)||We had a de-luxe room with private garage and the room over at the second floor.||A quite awesome arrangement I have never seen before. ||Room had a full wall mirror next to bed !!!!! ||The bathroom with plenty of hot water, was very-very spacious and had a heavy floor-to-ceiling glass window into the room, - quite spectacular if you get what I mean .......... ;-)||Room service menu is rich on varieties and we had some nice tasty dishes and cold beer served in the room which had a (small) dining table.||Cable TV is poor (pixeled all the time) and Wifi could not connect in any appliance we had (phones or tablets).||As said we only needed to rest and having to pay for "half-day" only the breakfast we had next morning was not included, but very reasonably priced though.||Feel very safe here as the driveway is guarded, and you park the car into a private garage for each room which is gated and locked behind you. ||Any visitor to your room will need to ring a bell for you to open door.||Would visit again for a transit...
