POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The staff should be trained to work more efficiently. I know it was quite a busy day when I arrived and they have informed me that I might have to wait for more or less 15 minutes for my order. However, I had already been waiting inside the resto for OVER 30 MINUTES and I was shocked to know that the staff HAD NOT EVEN STARTED PREPARING FOR MY ORDER 😐

If I hadn't tried to follow up, I might have waited even longer 😐 The staff LACK TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS as they only focused on a group of customers. Despite dining solo and placing only one order, they attended to those in that group first, even though most of them arrived later than I did.

I have a very limited lunch break as I need to attend to patients afterwards, and I felt like I wasted my entire time waiting for NOTHING. I just left feeling VERY DISAPPOINTED...

I had a great experience at PizzaDiDi! The pizza was absolutely delicious — we tried the Super all cheese and The VIP , and both were spot on. Crispy, flavorful crust, fresh toppings, and perfectly melted cheese. AND PLEASE THE MOZZA BALLS WITH MARINA BAKIT ANG SARAP!😭 KITA NYO WALA NA SA PICTURE KASI NAUNA NA SYANG NAUBOS😂 The crew was friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed.

Everything is great. The pasta is perfectly cooked. The juices are shakelike, I love the passion fruit flavor the most. The ice cream scoop is like ginumis, it's very flavorful. The fried cheeseballs have a tomato sauce dip, which has real tomato bits. The chicken is very juicy, and take note it's boneless. Yes. The chicken dip is commendable. They are also offering buy 1 take 1 pizza. Btw they have service water available too. Airconditioned and...
