We check-in at OYO Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights as our accomodation for the competition that we were attending at Biñan. We choose this hotel just because it’s nearby to the venues. The pictures on the app looks promising. Well, I guess ONLY the pictures are promising. It truly is expectation vs reality. We arrived earlier than our check in time to have a few hours to rest and prepare before we attend the competition. The receptionist aren’t really that welcoming. Nasungitan pa ko when I asked if we could early check-in. I’m a PWD and when I presented my ID, she looked irritated. Also, since I booked on the app, there is a ₱1,000 security deposit which I don’t mind pero it was never stated sa app. When we were directed to our room, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. There is a wifi but it sucks bad. There is a very minimal cellphone reception. For the room? There are no TV stations, no toiletries, no towels, no blanket, even no trash bins. And when I called the reception, they only provided us a blanket and a tissue. THAT’S IT. For the towels, they told me wala pa daw tuyo. Until we checked out, no towels were provided. It really is a good thing that we brought our own toiletries and towels. MIND YOU GUYS, there is a window in the bathroom. I REALLY HAD, not just a bad, BUT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. I was about to wash up, when I entered the bathroom, the window was clear. BUT when I was done, THERE IS A MAN OUTSIDE THE WINDOW FACING THE BATHROOM BY THE ROOF OF THE NEXT BUILDING WHICH IS ONLY LIKE 10FT AWAY FROM THE WINDOW!!! IMAGINE HOW TERRIBLE THAT IS. Another incident that happened is that when we went back to our room just to get a couple if things, our keycard didn’t work. We reported it to the lobby AND WE HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 30MINS OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM until they decided to manually open the room using their keys. They told us that they had system issues. And when I saw the other guest, left their rooms, they had no issues on their keycards. Kinda really sus, so we had to secure our stuff before we leave again the room. It made us anxious about our stuff not being safe. So, overall rating? Of course, 1 STAR. It doesn’t even deserve that 1 star. IT IS OUR mistake, I should’ve brushed off paying a few hundreds more just to have a better accomodation. Even the cheapest hotel we’ve been to since we travelled a lot, is far from the terrible experience we had here. So always check for reviews, AND THEIR PICTURES CAN BE DECEIVING, IT’S NOT AS IT LOOKS. -from guests of 209

Their bathroom as you can see it's clean but you can say that they don't clean it regularly because you can see a lot of whites in the corners and it tells that its not cleaned regularly. They say that they have daily cleaning but nope they don't do that. And the room that we had has no locker. The internet has adds before you can connect and it has time limit and everytime you connect you need to watch adda for minute or so. And their internet is always down and also their tv have no signal and their cable is not even see channels. And also the room is a bit dim.

WiFi connection is unstable and there is non-existent cell signal for both Globe and Smart cellular service here. The rooms are clean but basic with nothing that sets them apart from any other cheap hotel/motel. Lastly, when it comes to health protocols they didn't seem to be doing a good job of enforcing them since when we arrived the lobby was over crowded and people were not observing social distancing. STILL if you book and pay online using their app it is a damn good deal as I only paid 600 pesos (approx. 13 US dollars) for a night.

The photos on Booking.com show the rooms are clean and new. But when we got there the hotel in general is old, dirty, and has bad service. Room features are faulty, lights aren't working, tiles/vinyl are broken or lifted and dirty, bedsheets have stains, AC units are broken, cockroaches inside the bathroom, dirty floors. TVs not working. Bad service, I complained about the telephone a million times and they say they're gonna bring a tech to our room, we stayed for 3 days and there has been NO attempt to fix it. We always had to run downstairs to ask for things. PLUS they give u a menu of food they offer, but upon orders they have NOTHING available. ALSO do not believe the FREE WIFI feature, there WIFIS DO NOT WORK. I had to find a 24 7 Co Working space nearby just to be able to work for 2 nights because their wofi IS A SCAM. VERY POOR ALL IN ALL. Will never recommend and will...

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

NOISES (such as karaoke from the pool and loud voices) CAN BE HEARD IN THE ROOMS, causing us to stay awake till 12 a.m.

NO FRONT DESK MOST OF THE TIME. It took seven missed calls until they answered, only to say "wrong number." We went to the reception to complain & one of the staff just said "bayad kasi yon may event po kasi" Very unprofessional.

VERY INCOMPLETE AMENITIES & APPLIANCES: NO TOILETRIES NO TELEPHONE NO TRASH BINS NO FLOORMATS LEAKING BATHROOM DAMAGED FAUCET NO CABINET PROPER TABLE FOR THINGS

POOL IS NOT INCLUSIVE. Guests have to pay ₱130 pool fee ₱150 for night swimming, even if it’s included in their amenities.

Most of the staff were NOT welcoming & friendly.

ROOMS ARE VERY OLD

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, BOOK...
