Chowking — Restaurant in Biñan

One might think that this is just a typical branch of Chowking.

But this one I will place at the top because of how they treat seniors.

My 82 year old mom was just sitting on her chair when a crew greeted her and immediately checked her receipts then promised her that she (the crew) will go to the claiming area to get the food order for my mom.

Now this is something really exceptional as they do not have to do this yet have the touch of care even when not asked.

More power to this branch, its crew...

April 13, 2022 at around 10:30 am. Pumunta kmi ng Chowking in Binan Central Mall pra mag order ng 6pcs na chicken at pancit canton combo meal worth 595.00 pesos na may price display sa harap ng counter nila.

Pag order namin ay sabi ni ate sa counter na 645.00 na daw at nag taas na sila ng price. Nag react ang partner ko at hindi naman iyon iyong nasaa price display. Tinawag ni ate iyong manager at sabi ng manager ay tanggalin na daw iyon at ipinilit na nag taas na daw sila ng price.

Napaka arogante ng manager at di man lang nya iacknowledge na sila ang mali. According to Republic Act 7394, otherwise known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, it is "unlawful to offer any consumer product for retail sale to the public without an appropriate price tag, label or marking publicly displayed to indicate the price of each article and said products shall not be sold at a price higher than that stated therein and without discrimination to all buyers."

Di na kmi nakipagtalo pa sa halagang 50.00 pesos at umalis na lng. Dahil sa sarili niyong pagkakamali ay nawalan kayo ng customer hindi lang dahil sa pagkakamali ninyo sa pag update ng price display at dahil na din sa napaka arogante ninyong...

WOST CHOWKING EXPERIENCE! Nagsasalita ako iccut-off ka ng cashier I know naman na peak time na since magllunch na pero 'wag n'yo unahan magsalita yung customer kasi baka mamaya mamali nang order. SECOND. nagpafollow up kami ng take out na order nauna pa kami matapos kumain ng for DINE-IN kaysa sa inorder namin for TAKE-OUT hinihintay namin sya for 40mins tapos lagi sinasabi iffollow up ilang beses na sinabi samin kinuha na pati resibo namin hindi naman naibigay yung order NAWALA PATI YUNG RESIBO. NGAYON WALA HINDI MAPROVIDE YUNG FOOD KASI WALANG RESIBO PURO SINASABI "HINTAYIN PO MATAWAG ANG NUMBER" in fast foods, prioritized ang take out orders dito need mo ba mag-hintay nang 40mins plus HINDI PA APPROACHABLE YUNG IBANG CREW SUSUNGITAN PA YUNG SENIOR CITIZEN AT IBANG CUSTOMERS. WORST ANG DUMI PA NG TRAY AND CUTLERY N'YO...
