Ordered through hotline. Delivery within the time frame. I ordered because I have cravings for Charlie Chan Pasta and I have BPI voucher. Boxes are deformed, mejo dumikit na sa box yung cheese so I scraped it. Charlie Chan-pasta is overcooked, hindi pantay ang serving for each box. I guess one box is too small for a regular serving, yung isa sakto lang. Chicken wings (we got wingettes) - sriracha flavor is perfect for Charlie Chan as well as sweet soy, bland ang garlic parmesan. #mixnmatchstealspromo #charliechan

31-Dec-23; 1730H Shift manager and cashier were too busy to recommend better promo option despite me asking. Wish they were more accommodating to customer inquiries. In fairness to them, for my part, I was in a hurry myself to take notice of the posted promo offers— perhaps the posters are NOT that eye-catching being almost in black & white.—I only noticed it when I was sitting already waiting for what I had already ordered which was what they offered...

Employees are not wearing plastic gloves. I can see from the counter their kitchen and how they handled the food. Believe me they were touching your food with bare hands. Mind you it's not only food that they're touching. They also touch food utensils and equipment so just imagine. Your delivered food is not clean. Plus the chicken is not properly cook.
