OYO 473 Ranchotel Drive-in — Hotel in Biñan

I didn’t give one star because this drive-in hotel gave me a good sleep. I had been working at night for two days, almost without sleep. I needed a dark place with a noiseless aircon, and it provided that. No windows — totally dark. As other clients commented, this hotel is really bad. But my room and bed were comfortable, the bedsheet was clean and not so dark, and there was no bad smell in the room or from the aircon. I am a smell-sensitive person. However, there were many small cockroaches on the floor, table, and even the wall; in the bathroom there were also a lot. The toilet bowl flush was broken — no flushing water. The floor was dirty; I guess it hadn’t been cleaned for more than 3 weeks, so don’t stand on it without shoes. Towel — no. Toothbrush — no. Soap — no. There were no convenience items; you have to bring your own. Price is fair: 750 PHP for 10 hours, 1,070 PHP for 12 hours. The hotel could become better, but the owner and staff don’t care. Room : kinda not satisfied coz some bulbs are not workin. The bathroom is not comforting (lol) 😂 since it needs to renovate water supply from faucet smells rusty although it's good for water recycling but not recommend to use it for drinking. American cockroaches is everywhere. They need to have pest control too. Tiles are not that presentable. They need to change there tv. Also it has a sign " smoke free room" but the moment when I got there It smells tobacco. Lol

Service : yk what I love in accomodation is the service, House keeper " kuyah singkit" is a accommodating and helpful for what I needed . Esp changing the trash cans every morning

Location: It's very near in hwyway and a little walk to reach the front desk area .

Wifi : every 30mins you have to watch an ads in order for you to connect. 😂 Kinda Hassle If you're working .

The customer service is good (that time) when I checked in. When I get in the room, I find it good since it's just perfect for 2 person. Wifi is working although I have my data plan. And the ac is working fine. That's the good side, so here comes the bad one. The bedsheet and the blanket is kinda itchy, and the pillow cover smells sweat (I used alcohol and cologne to cover it). The bathroom light doesn't working and the television also. The ac cover fells off unconsciously that I got scared with (because there's a signade in the room that guests must pay 5, 000 pesos if they broke something) lol. Lastly, when we checked out the person in the front desk seems to have attitude (not the first one who assist me when I checked in). It's kinda like they are mad that I am getting my security deposit. Overall, I'm in between...
