If youre a foriegner looking for western meal on a local Filipino food chain, then try Tropical hut. Order the spagetti they are better than jollibee.
The store is very visible with a huge pylon signage you can nevwr miss. The prices are high compared to other Jollibee and Mcdonalds. We ordered thier classic burger upsized the fries, spagetti, and clubhouse burger. Winner yung spagetti, classic taste with a very nastalgaic flavor. different from other fast food. The burger is also good you can taste the beef with almost no fillers, again very different from Jollibee and Mcdonalds which almost taste like synthetic. The clubhouse is typical tho it has a lot of filling. The fries... is their downside. Although it looks appetizing, it has to almost no taste. Im not sure how they made it that way but it needs alot of improvement. Supermarket frozen fries taste better. I just thaught that maybe their market are adults thats why no salt added on the fries tho you can ask for salt and ketchup and mustard are availble on the condements section. I havent seen a fastfood chain where the staff are so lax and not the most friendliest until ive been here. Our cashier looks tired doesnt smile, our waiter was irritated when i mentioned he forgot the fries. Saw some staff refilling the salad cups with a spoon and doesnt wear gloves. Maybe they need another orientation on costumer service. Who knows maybe their tired. Whatever its is good costumer service elevates the dining experience.
I just noticed that most costumers are adults if not seniors. Maybe the market they cater into are the 80s and 90s. Stayed here for like an hour and i saw only...

Ordered a spaghetti with burger, drink, and an extra set of large fries.
Fries were bland and lacked even just salt, burger looks and tastes like any burger you can find at some random "buy 1 take 1" burger stand but the only decent item is the spaghetti. Though it is a bit watery, it is decent.
Ordered rice meal with chicken and lumpia the other day and the rice itself has the texture of dried day old rice. The chicken was slightly juicy but the lumpia was exceptionally dry.
Service is great and the service crew were nice but with the equipment and quality of food items they have, I doubt they will survive long enough. They better improve it to beat the competition, even to some extent, right next to them or just simply close down.
