The place is just along the highway which makes it perfect for family on road trips. However, their parking space on the front of their building is just limited. Nevertheless, the place stays true to its slogan: “home away from home”. The front desk staff is very friendly; we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room!||The place is very homey and cozy; the dining area/small resto upon entering is very inviting. The breakfast tastes good and their brewed coffee is one of the best among the hotels in the country.||The room is big for a family of four and even their extra beddings are very comfortable. The internet connection is fast and outlets for charging are available. The only not so enjoyable amenities in the room, considering its a deluxe room, are the small TV and loose shower head (which made taking a bath not so easy). There is also no mini refrigerator in the room and there is no elevator in the building; you need to take the stairs to get to your room.||But overall, the place is highly recommended. They provided what was expected from their hotel description here in TripAdvisor; so don’t expect to be very near...

Not sure if Mr.Santiago has ever been to Daraga before or if he even understands how ac units work... the town has brown outs that will cut power for a short period, which the hotel counters with its backup generator. So if it turns off you have to turn it back on. Or that ac units cannot run day and night because they have a safety feature that turns them off after 48 hours of constant use. Maybe Mr.Santiago has larger fingers and accidentally hit his timer button when he turned his ac on. That or he is unfamiliar with reading and couldn't see the sign asking guests to please turn lights and ac off when not in the room or needed which is located directly next to the ac. 🤗Either way as a first time visitor to the philippines I have been extremely pleased with this hotel and staff. During my visit here I have seen several different hotels and you won't find any better at such a reasonable price. The staff has accommodated me and my fiance in every way we have requested and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. If you are a first time visitor to Daraga I highly recommend that...

We booked here for 1 night as we decided to add additional day for our trip last holy week (2023).

Parking was very limited and it was located near main (busy road). Upon our arrival, we were lucky to have one last parking spot available. -- so before you book, make sure to inquire if you can reserve a spot (I think they allow it naman since I was told na "reserved" na yung iba when we arrived

Room was very spacious but the lights were kinda deemed and the furniture and other personal properties therein were kinda old na rin. OH AND ALSO NO SOCKETS, parang ang socket lang nila is yung sa TV and digibox so imagine driving for 14hours (from Cavite) only to arrive to a place with no charging spots haha iyaqqq ka talaga.

Bathroom is spacious din, malinis pati. They also have hot/cold shower.

Staff/Personnel were very welcoming and attentive naman to our needs, especially in assisting us with the parking and availing of...

When they send someone to clean your room that guy sets a timer on the AC so you wake up in the middle of the night sweating. I know this because the guy insisted that he program the ac while I was figuring it out. I don't know if it's just an electric bill policy or whether he was getting back at me for complaining that no one cleaned our rooms when we went out exploring for 12 hours to find our rooms untouched. It's either laziness or vindictive. Either way it's the cheapest of all cheap moves and me and my motorcycle group really regret going here. I know it's a pandemic but we were the only guests here and we got 4 rooms. They could've cleaned the hotel better. They could've cleaned the rooms after the first night. Times are tough and all business should fight for each chance to keep good paying customers.

The place is nice, with spacious room, it's clean and has fresh bathroom equipped with a heater. The hotel doesn't have elevator so expect stairs if you're on 3rd floor. There's also a roof deck where you could see mt.Mayon. Their restaurant only serves breakfast, but you can borrow glassware and utensils for outside food, and they will reheat your food if you ask. The staff are very friendly, approachable, and efficient. Thank you for the best experience ❤️ Babalik ako with my family naman!!!

Friendly and accomodating hotel staff. Clean and sanitized. However, this hotel does not have an elevator or escalator. Thankfully the receptionist transferred us to the 2nd floor upon my request. The staff carried our things to our room. We were booked in a spacious Superior room with 1 single and 1 Queen-sized bed. Breakfast is served in their restaurant. The hotel has parking space. I loved our stay at the FJ Manila Hotel.
