Ssamjang Korean Restaurant - Torres Branch — Restaurant in Davao City

First let me say that the food tasted good . I don't have any say about the taste at all . The thing is, we went there at 10 am and we know at that time they are not open yet but we waited cause it says they will be open at 10:30 . 10:30 passed and we're still outside waiting. The reason was there were only 2 people catering . So at 10:45 we're inside already and there's like 4 groups that came in after us . 1 is a group of students and there are more or less 10 people. Other groups are 2 and 4 whatever . The point is at that time there were only 2 people serving all of us cause they are not offering self service at the moment . So really the wait for whatever you like refilled would take for almost 5 minutes . I asked one of them and she said there's only 2 people serving cause it's morning. Lastly , there are only 5 side dishes . Like ? Hello ? It's a korean restaurant you're supposed to have lots of side dishes with the price that you're implementing. Hongdae korean restaurants price is 349 and that's already unlimited chicken and pork , unlimited lettuce and almost 20 side dishes . Your price is 298 but you have to pay for lettuce which is 60 per order . Was it Worth it going into this restaurant? No . You can find better korean bbq resto . With nice...

Very Bad Experience! Misleading information in their menu. Staff not giving immediately the meat it takes 15-20mins, terrible service. They should indicate that 399 is a set meat that you cannot choose while 449 is you have a freedom to choose on all of the meat. If they explained that in 399 we cannot choose not to have marinated then we shouldn't eat in their restaurant. We came to relax, have a family time since weekend but they gave us a terrible service. They said they won't refill the plain pork and beef unless we cook the marinate! We waited 30mins they didn't give us unless I complained. I'm calling the owner but not answering. Nakaka walang gana kumain. We have kids and we paid for the kids as well but we didn't get to eat properly. Making us to wait everytime we don't have meat. Dear Owner,

We do not like the customer service. We went here in on jan 8 5pm. The ad says it has beef samgyupsal but they didnt. It should have been temoved from the ad. That is false advertisement.

Then we have a friend who ate in another restaurant because he is vegan. They didn't allow him to enter. The approach was rude.

We asked if we could speato the manager to air our complaints constructively because this is the only samgyupsal restaurant with such a bad customer service among those we have visitied throughout the country during my trips but the waiters refused to call their supervisor.This is the only restairant whose manager won"t receive and address complaints!!

I asked for the waiter"s name she refused to give her full name even if I requested it. The juice wss not good. We came all.the way from manila and we lost apetite because of the bad service.
