Linmarr Apartelle — Hotel in Davao City

Stayed here for 2 days because of an emergency in the hospital. The airconditioning is awful! When I ask to be transferred to another room they said that they should refer it first to a mechanic! After which the mechanic said it was ok?! When I came back the afternoon the room was sweltering HOT! I asked again for a room transfer they again said they cant because it should be the mechanic who decides whether the aircon is ok or not?! What the hell? you mean to say the mechanic is the person you are trying to please and accommodate?! and not the guest you severely inconvenienced. When the mechanic came in the evening he just said it was ok and that the room was cold! So the front desk again was powerless to transfer us?! So I paid for an OVEN hotel for two nights and the front desk was not even a bit apologetic! Not a single apology! NEVER...

As the title says, the actual facility was avarage except for the fact the the bath and shower towels were old and hard. I did not feel comfortable having these against my body after showering. The actual bed and bedsheets were fine, I have no complaints about them. The cafe staff were slow to serve breakfast, and got my order wrong. They had advertised butter with the toast,but in fact it was margarine. Not very nice. The "American" breakfast stated that it was eggs and ham,but the ham turned out to be some sort of very thinly sliced spam. Apart from this, the stay was...
