We stayed here in Feb 2023. The resort is in a really beautiful and quiet location. Our villa was huge and there was a drinking water dispenser included in the room. The thing that sets this resort apart from others we have been to in Asia is the customer service and staff - they were so helpful and relaxed - it was really great to chat with them on a more personal level. We felt super welcome and genuinely managed to chill out here. We rented a scooter at a very reasonable price and it was delivered in 15 minutes. There is a laundry service on site which is also reasonably priced and they did a great job of getting a lot of stains out of our clothes from 2 months of travelling. The only slight downside is that there are no decent places to eat nearby (the restaurant next door is well below par). Not a problem if you rent a scooter - General Luna is just 10 minutes ride away.

Stayed for five days at Ferra Siargao on their Bahay Kubo Villa. The vibe of the resort is very rustic, echoing its secluded beachfront location in Barangay Malinao. The resort is good for those who want peace and quiet in Siargao without being too far from the happenings in General Luna. Our villa has the same rustic vibe and is quite spacious. I especially love the balcony—just be sure to put on mosquito repellants at night (the resort can give you some if you don't have one). The resort has a common open kitchen and dining hall, and it's a nice area to mingle and make friends with other guests. But the best part about staying in Ferra Siargao is their their staff, the trademark genuine hospitality and care we experienced in Ferra Boracay is now in Siargao.

One of the best places to stay this close to the ocean for this price on the Philippines. -Nice bungalow (exactly what you can expect when a oriental small house is 20 meters away from the water with with sand ) -you can really feel the closeness of the nature (crabs, birds, geckos, some insects) -bed-net and some material against mosquito is provided -lovely staff, good understanding and quick problem solving -super location away from the loud and busy part of General Luna (15 min scooter ride) -scooter renting, tour booking and transfer from airport is possible -no breakfast is included, however there is a communal kitchen (with free tea and coffee) -1 min. Walk there is a super coffee bar with great food throughout the day (breaky/lunch/dinner)

We stayed at the spacious villa surrounded by lush greenery, banana trees, and palm trees. This tropical resort is IG-worthy, very aesthetic, perfect as backdrop for your photos. The bathroom is clean, the living area is spacious and cozy, with fully equipped kitchen - cooking area, sink, drinking water, refrigerator, etc. The sofa can also be a bed for an extra person. Upstairs, the room is spacious with a tranquil balcony overlooking the lush garden. There's a hanging rack for your clothes and safety deposit box. I like that they also have a mosquito net and insect repellent lotion. They really think about the comfort of their guests. Staff are super helpful and warm. They respond and communicated well to us on Viber. They also have access to a beach where you can sit, relax, and swim. I love lounging in their blue chair by the beach. The location is far away from the bustling tourist road of General Luna, but is situated in the quiet area of Malinao where most luxury resorts are located. It is aso a few minutes drive to the famed Secret Beach. If you know how to drive a motorbike, they have motorbike rentals too for PHP 350 per day. And you can easily reach Siargao Wakepark and other popular tourist spots in Siargao that's nearby. The resort doesn't have a restaurant yet, but the resort beside them has one, otherwise, you can make your way to the Siargao tourism road where most cafes, bars, and restaurants are located. Overall, we love our stay here and will still choose Ferra Resort if we revisit Siargao again. Thank you for your...

My 4 stars are for the staff. They are nice. I just have few suggestion for the owner of this hotel. They need to renovate their kubo also. The flooring inside and outside porch full of dog fleas blood. Because the dogs sleep their. That’s one thing I didn’t like it. I can’t relax and enjoy the porch because it’s dirty. The hot shower doesn’t stable it gets could for a minutes after it gets hot. The bed dosen’t high quality. I feel like it’s moving everytime I turn Lol. Last night there’s was an earthquake. And my kubos neighboors was all coughing. So all you can hear it plus there’s construction on going at the back. Hopefully it’ll better in the future. Noted they didn’t have resturant nor breakfast so you have to get Tuktuk all the time you need to eat. oh please change...
