I took a junior suite in this hotel and it was surpringly okay. In a place like Santiago, you rarely see a presentable hotel room like that from Gracehill. Though I haven't tried their standard rooms but the Junior Suite is a jewel! ||The hotel as whole is small. They do not have a restaurant or a canteen but on their lobby ( which is found on the 3rd floor) sells instant coffee, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. and you can always ask for a hot water.||The location of the hotel is far from the retail and commercial centers. Just in front of the hotel is 24 hour canteen where you can eat their special tapsilog varieties. ||The hotel staff are very helpful and very friendly. Staffs were attentive, responsive and they were all smiling(it welcomes good vibes and positivity).||They have anytime for check in and check out time which was convenient on my part since I check in 1am then check out 8pm the same day and for their 24 hrs stay they offer free breakfast.||It was located along the national highway and it is nearby places like terminals, stores, laundry and many more.||I loved their fried rice, oh they served Filipino cuisine.||I gave them four since they need to work on their amenities, facilities and structure of the building.
