Chowking — Restaurant in Isabela

My family loves Chowking. This Chowking has the standard foods served at any Chowking which is fairly good food. It is open 24 hours which is a plus. However ever time I have gone in this Chowking it has been dirty with uncleaned tables and just a feeling of being run down. Service has been average with wait times being somewhat long. Another major problem at this store is the terrible parking situation. Never go here during daily rush times as you will not find parking. I will continue to go here sporadically as my family likes the menu but if there was another option I would probably not go here. Went here for the first time in 4 months. It was a raining Monday from Manila and was so hungry. And I was craving for Tofu and Chinese Kangkong. Chowking is the only place to come. Hehehe. It's my first time here. Everything is good except that when I ordered a ice-less pineapple juice, we are given half-full. In other branches, your pineapple juice is cold, glass full and no ice. So I am giving Food Quantity 4 instead of 5. And the pineapple was served after we have eaten. Huh!

Maghapon na ako di kumakain since super busy, dahil maulan pinili ko sa chowking kumain. Pagdating ko dun umorder ako, dko alam kung may problema ba yung kumukuha ng order, yung babaeng maputi na maliit sobrang nakasimangot tapos wala daw yung order ko na beef wonton mami, so umorder ako ng iba. Nung binigay na na yung iced tea grabe kalahati lang ang laman. Nagpasensya ako kasi baka ganun lang talaga. Pagdating ko sa table ko natapon yung iced tea, since may kausap ako sa phone pinunasan ko na lang ng tissue pero syempre nag overflow parin sa table. Walang pumapansin... Mga 5 times na dumaan sakin yung naglilinis ng tables, nalinis na nya lahat ng katabi kong tables pero sakin di nya nilinis. Ilang crew at janitor na din ang dumaan pero walang pumansin. Mga 35 minutes na ako dun nakaupo. Di naman busy. Halos wala ngang laman yung restaurant nila. Ewan ko kung bakit di parin sineserve yung food. So ayun nga, kinausap ko yung manager sabi ko baka pwede pong pa follow up kasi gutom na ako. Pagbalik ng manager nakasupot na yung food, bakit ganun? Nakasupot na agad eh dun nga ako kakain. Di manlang ako tinanong eh alam naman nila na dine in ako. Tapos yung table ko di parin nilinis. Pag abot sakin ng manager ng food sabi ko dito po ako kakain, sabi ko pwede po palinis ng table. Tapos tinawag nya yung maglilinis ng table, sinisi pa ako na di ko naman daw sya tinawag. Grabe. Ganun na po ba tlaga ngayon? Kailangan pang tawagin eh ilang beses nyo na ako dinadaan daanan eh di naman kayo busy. Umalis na lang ako... Ayoko kasing magalit pero kung iba lang yun baka namura pa kayo.
