If you want to have a great time in Santiago, please forget staying at this hotel. This stay was recommended to us by our Mom so naturally we were expecting good service. Nope. First, electronic keycards on the other rooms we stayed at were defective. Second, bathroom amenities were insufficient and completely unsanitary. Aside from the cracked shower head that cannot disperse water properly, there was no head on the handheld shower. My sister said that dark water came out of it as she used it in our room (as their bathroom didn't supply hot water). We asked for a spare part but they didn't deliver it to our room. We asked to change rooms because of these major inconveniences but they still had the nerve to charge us PHP 4000 for a room transfer. Ang kakapal ng mga mukha. We had to request for basic amenities like extra towels, toiletries since they only supplied for one instead of three. We also had to request a bathroom mat, only to be given a very dirty one that looks like it's been used for a week before handing to us. Overall, disgusting stay, I haven't checked out yet and we already want this nightmare to end. Please hire better cleaning and maintenance staff. Nakakadiri.

👍I would easily give it a 3🌟. Staff very friendly and polite. They aim to please.... I'll say genuine. The Rooms are very spacious.and clean. Atmosphere is cozy... Concierge desk should be very careful of the music selection. (Rap music with the adult lyrics is not good. However, I understand the challenge on the night shift staying motivated with no activity and extreme quietness). Miller's Cafe' is nice. Food is ok. Tinapa taste good. However, a little on the dry side. Garlic rice needs more garlic...but still good. Eggs need work. The danggit was horrible. To salty and boney🤢. Breakfast presentation needs work... boring. However i would come back to the hotel it's nice and cozy.

Haven't slept the night before and had w events for the day. ||No problems with the room and the staff. The room is as nice as it looks in these pics. The staff was kind and courteous. ||I was too sleepy so was excited to enter the room. The first room key not working. Need to go back down for it to be remedied...got in the room. The room, again, did not disappoint. Very inviting bed and lighting is just right for me. ||I needed to freshen up; it was already dark outside. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. Called frontdesk; not proactive. She should have offered to transfer me another room instead said that she will send someone to check the light. 10 mins after, no one came. Called frontdesk, she said, "No one came to check it? Im sorry sir." Requested for room transfer, she instead ask me to wait for housekeep. ||Housekeeping staff came; checked lights. Didnt really work. Asked for room transfer. Staff is about to leave to personally see frontdesl if room transfer is possible. Told him why cant he do it by using the room phone...he just smiled and said, "need din kasi sir na ihanda ang room na lilipatan king meron". ||After 10 more minutes, finally was transferred.||No complaints about the room and smiling and sincerely kind staff, but their promptness and proactiveness need...

Our company has started opertions in Cagayan Valley with the focus market and key accounts in Isabela. I left Sta. Rosa, Laguna around 5am to beat the Alanag mayhem and be on time for a 9am coordination meeting in Tarlac. From Tarlac, it was onwards to Santiago City.||||Oh! By the way, I had a quick lunch at Joshric's Sagoat Kita (next on my review) in Munoz, Nueva Ecija.||||With very challenging roads especially in Dalton Pass, I arrived in Santiago City around 5PM. No problem with parking in front or at the back of the hotel. Spacious with security guard. Was greeted by 3 young ladies at the Check-in Counter of Oryza Hotel. ||||Got my room with a huge and comfortable matrimonial bed! Wifi access was better than expected. Room was very spacious - though an P800.00 charge on the extra bed is stiff to my standards.Shower room was squeaky clean and spacious too! Towels were clean, white and smells fresh. Bedding, pillow was very satisfactory. and the AC was really cool!||||Had a great rest and was fully charged the following day for the task ahead. The room comes with free breakfast with freshly brewed coffee - with 1 refill.||||There's an elevator in the hotel though I preferred using the stairs for some...
