Booked our stay since April 2023. I did an occular visit last July 2023. And finally, we arrived in Boracay Island, on Thursday, September 21, 2023, and there is a complimentary service from the hotel. Kuya Meljun arranged a van for us because we couldn't fit in the hotel's electric cab.

Upon entering the premises of the hotel, Miss Janine and the other staffs of the hotel greeted us with a warm welcome. They gave us shell necklaces, a cold towel, and a refreshing drink made in fresh cucumber. (the towel is so relaxing and invigorating)

This is a beachfront hotel. Near to Keyhole (a boracay tourist spot). One of the beaches to visit when doing a land tour (ilig-iligan beach), and near to Puka beach.

It is off-peak season that's why we are the only guests that is booked in the hotel. It seems like we made the hotel private for us.

We have 4 birthday celebrants that stayed in the hotel. As we enter the room, there is a video presentation from Kaaya with their birthday greetings. This is very much appreciated.

The rooms are spacious, and clean. Toiletries are almost complete. Dental care isn't available. They have a nice house slippers. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smells good. THEY HAVE BIDET.

Swimming pool is cleaned everyday. It is 4ft deep with a stunning view of the horizon.

The hotel restaurant serves great food. Complimentary breakfast is scrumptious. Their All-day breakfast is "hindi tinipid" kind of serving. Kuya Cris, and Kuya JR is very accomodating. Highly recommended foods are: Buffalo wings, Pork Sisig, and Crispy Isaw. The HAPPY HOUR starts at 1pm to 5pm.

Kaaya Resort is far from the activities and the main beach (S1, S2, S3, D'Mall, Bulabog Beach). But as I have said, there is a complimentary service from 9am to 7pm.

If you want the peace and quiet kind of vacation, this is the spot.

Best area to watch sunrise.

The overall stay is amazing. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Kaaya Resort. This is the most memorable event this 2023 for our...

We went here last Oct 27-Oct 31. They allowed us to checkin at 12pm. They have free port pickup. Upon arriving at the resort they welcome us with cold cucumber drinks, cold towel and shell necklace. Upon entering our room we are amaze by their interior design, a sofabed in the living room good for 2pax,a kitchen with ref, microwave oven, electric kettle, utensils and toiletries(for the dental kits dont forget to open the drawer in the bathroom it was there, and we love the scent of their body gel). 2 rooms with queensize bed, each room has owned tv and ac). Their bathroom is clean as well, each of us has bath towel, and 4 bathrobes and 4 pairs of slippers. The internet is fast we really wonder how they did that as their location is far and secluded. Their cable has a lot of channel as well so if you are not in the mood to go out you can just stay and relax in your room. They have a minipool I think it's a 4ft height. Around 4pm thats the time we swim in their beach as the sun is no longer hot..Most of the time we are the only group who is swimming there. Its so relaxing..Their cafe serves delicious meal.Their free breakfast is sulit,we even have leftover for the afternoon because their servings is huge 😆 Glad they dont have corkage fee we can bring softdrinks😆 If you want to go to the famous station 1-3 you can just arrange a pickup as they have a free complimentary service going there..We truly love our stay in Kaaya and make sure that we will checkin there again if we go back to Boracay.Hopefully same staff is still there by that time.Everything is exceptional there esp.their staff..Going back to Manila we even allowed us to extend 40mins so that we will not wait too long in the airport but my sister request to extend our stay in Boracay which we stayed in Feliz hotel, though its good also but Kaaya is better than it. Feliz Hotel even ask for 2k each day security deposit where in Kaaya they dont even ask for any...

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Boracay, this resort os for you..Situated in the northside of Boracay,20-25mins drive from the famous station 1-3. My family really had a greattime here,we feel lile we rented the whole resort as we are the only one swimming in their mini pool, even in their front beach..They cafe also serves delicious foods,we just bought rice na lng whenever we go to d'mall as it is cheaper there..Going to dmall is not a problem as they offer complimentary service going there..All the staff is accomodating from the moment I inquire to their fb page,to the driver that drives us going to the station 2 and also pickup in the port, their cafe staff who is very attentive in checking if we need anything in their cafe, the housekeeping and ofcourse to their receptionist. Kudos to the management for having staff like them. The room is also comfy you can really relax at night as it is quiet and have a hispeed internet and lots of cable channel.Toiletries is provided as well. My family had an excellent stay in Kaaya Resorts and we highly recommend the place for everyone, regardless if you’re a small/big group. You get the best value for your money. What makes it very special - great service from the staff, clean and SPACIOUS rooms, security. The food was also very good, even the free breakfast. The hotel is FACING sunrise so you can catch it fully as you wake up early in the morning. Then, go to White Beach for sunset facing area so you see both 😉 While the location is quite far from the city center (10-15 mins), they provide a FREE back and forth transpo service anywhere until 7pm! It being far won’t matter much though if your priority is to relax and have a peaceful vacation with not much people around. It’s beachfront at Ilig-Iligan and <5 min away from Puka beach which is awesome. But, in case you wanna go out and party til late night, public transpo is 24/7 available anyway and only costs P50 per head. Personally, I’ll surely reconsider staying in this place again when I go back.
