Jerome Bungalow — Hotel in Malay

Very dangerous experience.

I didnt expect much for the price but was greeted by a moldy room, resulting in a bad allergic reaction. When i took a shower i noticed a patch of old dried blood on the towel after i had already whiped my face and genital area after showering. When we told the staff they did not even apologize for an unprofessional mistake. Does nobody check before handing them out? When trying to talk to the staff about this problem they ignored us and hid behind security, eventhough we kept peaceful. We still payed for the night but got a better and cleaner room in a different hotel down the street for the same price.

This place is dangerous for health and you get ignored. If possible i would give zero stars.

I would have rather spend the evening enjoying my vacation than looking for a clean and respectful hotel.

It's very near to D'Mall and beside Bamboo market so you'll be close to everything! There's an inside shortcut from D'Mall palengke and it will pass thru Bamboo market-- much easier when you walk with luggage around (than walking in the main beach)

They have two buildings and we stayed in the Annex side. It's good and we have a room with veranda so we have a space where we can hang our wet clothes.

There were 14 people in our group. We all agreed it was a comfortable stay. Fresh seafood cooked for you. Staff were very helpful and answered our requests promptly even unplug the toilet. I personally had some good conversations with the staff while enjoying a cold San Miguel. They are always surprised to learn there are homeless and hungry in America.
