EP EXECUTIVE SUITES — Hotel in Mindanao

Stayed for 3 nights in this sparkling clean hotel. It is ideally located at the heart of Pagadian City where everything is just a stroll away like restaurants, convenience stores, etc.. 2 minutes walk to Gaisano Mall and C3 Mall. It is opposite the Mardale Hotel. Our room was nice with comfortable beds, wall mounted aircon and LCD TV, telephone, coffee table and wardrobe. No hot shower though. Free breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (EP Cafe and Restaurant) and also went there for lunch and dinner and the food was good. The water dispenser in the lobby comes in handy. room size: sakto lang. wifi: strong enough for messages/internet browsing pero walay pulos for internet calls. akong gisulayan pero dili jud makatawag. breakfast: simple lang but i really appreciate it. food is food. dapat magpasalamat ta. salamat sa front desk staff kay giprituhan jud kog itlog ug hotdog. bathroom: needs improvement. first, unta wala'y basura from previous guest(s). i saw an empty shampoo sachet and used soap (see pic below). magduda hinoon ta kung inyo ba jud gilimpyuhan ang kwarto. also, palit na mo palihug ug bag-o nga toilet seat and cover uy. ilisdi na ninyo na kay karaan na kaayo. tag-200 ra man guro na sa shopee. sharo pud. dayon limpyuhi pud unta ug tarong nang lababo. naa na'y sludge sa palibot sa buho sa lababo. luod tan-awon sa tinood lang. aircon: working just fine. tv: nice to have one pampawala sa kalaay apart from the internet. shower: i didn't use the heater kay igang man. but the water pressure is somewhat weak. sound: i didn't hear noise from the other rooms pero dungog kaayo ang panaghoy sa usa ka laki sa gawas to the tune of wind of change by scorpions (intro part). staff man tingali ninyo to.

overall rating: good pero i really hope mag-improve pa mo not just for your hotel's image but for the image of pagadian's hotels. affordable doesn't have to mean dirty and disgusting because i've been to hotels/hostels nga barato pero dili man hugaw. regional center na man unta ang pagadian unya ing-ana...

Cons:||Executive room is like a single room with 2 beds.|CR and shower very basic you have to adjust the hot shower every now and then to prevent scald burns.|Free breakfast is tasteless.|When you check in they will give you your aircon and tv remote and go find the room by yourself.|No cabinet for your clothes.||Pros:|ONLY HOTEL IN PAGADIAN WHO HAS WIFI (moderate speed) IN THE ROOMS.
