The room we paid for is just worth its price. We stayed in room 309, no lift , only stairs but it was okay since we just carried pack bags with us.For ₱750 for 2 adults and 1 child, we slept comfortably at night while executing our city break during the day. You can get to restaurants, Gaisano Malls , pharmacy , massage parlors, fast food chains on foot. From the bus terminal of Pagadian, we paid ₱40 per head to get to the hotel. The motorsikad or baobao driver recommended the place as the cheapest in the heart of the city. To get to the big wet market and malls, just pay ₱15 pesos (per head). The front desk is friendly and warm.

if you want to sleep and take a shower then this your place. only stairs. not enough lighting. you have to bring your own soap bar. no security if you bring your vehicle. one electric plug so bright your own extension cord to charge your phone. the AC made to much noise. no coming back to this place .

Very affordable. Accessible to the city and church and some government offices. The room is clean and fully air condition but still medyo may kalumaan na. But overall it's okay.

Hi unless your familiar with smaller hotels in phillipines you must not compare to Western or high end hotels the bed great it's just to sleep on probably entertained a lot of local girls though... Tv not great on all channels some interference but still watch able No hot water and tabo is a scoup you soap up and rinse off or use shower. Toilet won't flush there is a bucket fill up from tap dump water in a couple of times and it will flush away... Air con worked well cooled room... Wash basin wasn't empting well so it filled up but drained away slowly... So did shower drain after a while I do find cold showers refreshing and like cold water... Forget Windows unless your in best room they show a wall ect. This is a lower price room and I've seen a lot worse for a higher price,so yes I would stay again if my partner with me I would book an upmarket hotel note book well in advance or they will have no rooms left. Don't expect perfect rooms or details this is how it is unless you pay a lot more... My advice look at a room before you agree the photos you may see are deceiving I've stayed else where here and air con sounded like a steelworks power points don't work no cupboard to hang clothes Definitely no lock box air gap on doors let bugs and heat in standard of room sucked price ridiculously expensive for what I got. Water pressure pathetic so before you run off looking for cheap accommodation except you get what you pay for here... Really good rooms in pagadian are very expensive for most locals but compared to world prices cheap for travellers if you...

The hotel was located not too far away from the city center, possibly walking distance, but due to the local street condition, it would still be pragmatic to travel on a tricycle. The building was relatively old, not too ancient compared with the greater ambiance. Not lift whatsoever, so one has to climb up and down all 6 stores depending on which floor the room was booked. I guess I booked on a budget room, so it was located on the top level, no toothbrush or any considerable amenity provided apart from a tower and a toilet roll. There was a WC in the toilet but no flush, no you need to draw water from a ladle from a tap and flush manually. The most notable thing about the room: There was shower but no heater, so one needs to improvise when taking a cold shower with no bathing amenity provided. Had I booked a more expensive room, I'd imagine that both the level of room and the level or facility to improve. On the bright side, the hotel staff was generally helpful and friendly, as they all are in this...

I stayed there overnight during a recent business trip to Pagadian. The first impression was boring. It was an average hotel located at the city center fronting Gaisano Pagadian. I booked a single room accommodation for Php500 located at the second floor. The staff told me there were other rooms priced at Php475 but they were at the fourth floor. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so you have to pick and carry your things up as there were no bell boys available. The room was good, just an average room for me. It has an AC and own bathroom. It has a blurry cable TV which cannot pick up a decent signal reception even on local channels. Hallways are creepy and dark. The room wasn't well-lit and it looks boring for me. However public transport...
