Pier La Casa Homestay Building — Hotel in Mindanao

The hotel and room is simple but it is clean and neat. Plus customer service by the front desk makes up for it. Also, the port to siargao is just a walking distance. You pay 1k for a queen size bed with aircon and bathroom. They provide shampoo, liquid handsoap and liquid body soap in the bathroom, towels. There's only 2 pillows for both customers and the slippers provided are too small. There is hot shower but the water is a little bit slow. First come, first serve but you can pay through gcash to reserve. They dont serve breakfast but they suggest you can order from foodpanda and have food delivered to you. They sell chips, candies and some canned drinks though. They have free wifi and its got good connection. Their parking space is just by the public road. If you have a car with you, they do have a parking space inside a private compound for 150/day but it is further away. I would come...

Kicked out of room at 8am!

They let us check in a bit early but assured by two different employees it did not effect ck out time. It was for mother in laws bday. They were awoken at 8am and told to leave as we had checked in early the day before. I even asked the staff at 10pm the night of...ck at what Time? ....he said noon sir. 12pm Confirming what we expected. The location is so great, just In front of the port the linens are smelling so good, the room size is good, the airconditioning is ok but not so strong (for me) because at home even if I have Aircon I still use electric fan. They have table and chairs if u want to eat with side table. Overall it's good and affordable...
