It could have been a relaxed and bonding time with the whole family every Holy week but it turn out to be a stressful and a huge headache day . Here's why.....please find time to read so as not to expect too much from the resort. This is our first time to check in @ Brizo beach resort.My niece saw in Kris TV their episode about places to go this summer 2016. And he saw this place Brizo resort owned by dudut and Mikee Jaworski. So we booked for 3 days & 2 nights. It is located at Pani beach Morong Bataan with the rest of other beach resorts. When we entered the resort , we were a little bit disappointed because its just a simple small resort but clean and accommodating staff. We used to stay in a big resort . The staff in charge told me that she will accompany us at the villa where we are booked and she said it's at the other side. When we entered the area, it's much bigger (4x) than the first we entered. It's more exclusive , with a touch of class , infinity pool , with a lot of green grass and also a covered court for basketball, badminton , billiard table and table tennis. All I can say is WOW !!! We're not disappointed anymore. They have 8 villas attached with each other just like an apartment . With 3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms , dining table and kitchen. You can feel that your at home away from home. A villa can accommodate at least max of 20 person. But the website says its good for 12 person only. We're booked for 1 premiere housing (villa) and 1 family de luxe which is located on the other side of Brizo ( we call it "public side" and the villa location is a "private side" of Brizo.) The caretaker of private side told us that , the one accommodating the family de luxe (public side) cannot visit us nor can they use the pool in our place (private side). So we decided to cancel the family de luxe and just stay all 19 of us in Villa. Anyway, the private villa is not owned by the Jaworski anymore. On our 1st day , there were only 2 of us occupying the villas. And we were really relaxed , had time to bond and meditate while sitting at the porch behind the pool looking at the beach and watching the beautiful sunset. On the 2nd day , a lot of family arrived . 7 units we occupied. It's still okay even with a few more guest because the place is big. I think there were more than 12 person every villa. But when unit 4 ordered a Videoke and the caretaker place it outside and in front of their villa. We got worried that the serenity of the place will be spoiled. It got worsen when unit 3 and unit 5 ordered also a Videoke for their own use . It was also placed outside and in front or their villa. Imagine the NOISE , when all of them were singing at the same time. And each one of them trying to beat the sound of each other by making it more louder. The resort became just like a public resort with a lot of noisy people. The tranquil place became a Videoke bar. We tried talking to the caretaker , by at least lowering the sound . But all she can say is , she has no control of that. Hello , you're the one who has a power on that time because your taking good care of the resort. But now you have no control of it???? In the first place , she shouldn't have let the Videoke inside. Because it will spoil the tranquillity of the place. And expect that if one villa order a vidoke , the rest might follow too(not thinking what will happen next ). So we asked again the caretaker , this time with the help of the other accommodating the other unit w/o the Videoke. And ask , just place the Videoke inside each house who rented. Because we cannot stay at the pool side anymore due to very loud noise which is breaking our head. This time she called each representative of each units with Videoke and let us talked to them. They agreed not to sing at the same time. But one unit did not agree & make it more louder. So the rest of the night is very annoying with their voice hunts us as we sleep. 3rd day no more Videoke. Thank God its good Friday. Beach is not good also due to a lot of sea weeds. Could not walk barefooted....

Our boss paid an OBSCENE AMOUNT of money for an overnight stay. ONE NIGHT ONLY! And yet, negative reviews from us keep piling up.
• POOR Customer Service
They make up food/drink prices. When we arrived, softdrinks were priced at P120, then P130, P150, and last P160. Prices went up as the hours passed by. Food takes too long to arrive. Had they told us the waiting period was almost an hour for 1 order, then we should never have ordered snacks.
We ordered drinks and we asked to charge it to the room. They asked the room number, I gave it, then told me I should pay as I order. So why ask the room number in the first place?! We could've been charged twice! They could charge it upon checking out and we would've never known about it.
Our group "buffet" was so-so. Coffee dispenser was included, but other guests thought it was free for all. Some of us weren't able to have coffee. THEY CONFIRMED that it was for our group but after telling them some guests, not in our group, had their share, too, they changed their answer and said "May stub po sila." Then have a separate coffee dispenser for them! Also, fruit shake unavailable. Not sold out but unavailable. It's expected to be available during summer.
No reception in the entire area, so it is also expected that WiFi would suffice for the time being. But nope. WiFi signal only in the parking lot.
Pool area at night too dark.
Ladies comfort room cubicle has NO LOCK.
Air-conditioned unit too hot in our room. It was not the heat outside. Air-conditioned units in other rooms were okay.
Extra mattress requested left at the door! They didn't even bother to knock and inform guests.
Overall, not a good stay. Will be an unforgettable experience of disappointment. A waste of time and...
Read moreWe checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late. I hope readers could know how upsetting this feels, It really felt like we got scammed. Really ruined the trip completely, barely enjoyed with all the time wasted trying to coordinate regarding the situation. The staff were aware of our booking and were expecting us when we arrived. But didn't have anything to offer as a compensation, may it be a discount for our stay, extra hours of stay, complimentary meals, or voucher for a next stay (even if it's unlikely that we will be able to stay again anytime soon) Really nothing. Personally, any thought would've been appreciated because it matters a lot. I also looked up the Brizo Hotel, and saw that the property has been operating since 2014. I hope they get to prepare for scenarios like this and how much this matters to their guests. They called the day after our check-out and all they offered was their sorry, as if it magically healed how painful the whole...
