Pico de Loro Hamilo Coast by Beach Homes — Hotel in Nasugbu

We checked in Nov. 18 till Nov 30. first unit failed.. the toilet seat is dirty, yellow. the water boiler is rusted. there are many ants and the surfaces of the tv and table are very dusty.. no hot water and wifi.. I was told to bring my own towels and toiletries. So I complained that air bnb is not like this. They should provide toiletries and towels... I was also not informed that I would have to pay 1300 for registration for adults and 500 for kids. It was also indicated. according to the air bnb information once we register we can use swimming pools, playground, doing activities like badminton, basketball etc.. but we still need to pay, rent a racket, and badminton court.., the foods are also very expensive , we have no choice because it's 45m travel just to get out to the town... What's also disappointing is that they are cashless which is very difficult for us because we only carry cash because we have no idea how to use gcash.. we registered with gcash 2 weeks vierfication ,so its useless we didn't use it either...Need more improvement in everything,esp airbnb or each unit doesnt have washing machine.atleast they should build a laundry shop inside the country club..first and last time I checked in here. And also I hope those at the reception have contact or have a landline at the country club reception and at the main entrance..no proper information.. beach is nice thats it.the rest needs...

Spend our week ends holiday here with my family after Holyweek.

The accomodation we rented for 2nights was a good place, its a 1bedroom condo unit owned by the family of Mr. Borris - 09051458478, near to the Club House and around 5mins walk going to the beach. The Condo unit is located at Jacana B, no worries about the parking because its available.

You need to pay an extra if you are booking during weekends of Php1,500 which covers all the Amenities including in the Club House, like basketball, badminton, table/lawn tennis, squash. They also offer a free locker and Php50.00 towel fee that you can also bring to the beach just leave an ID in the front desk located at Badminton area.

We also bring food to cooked and utensils/cookware set/induction stove/rice cooker/microwave is available in the Condo.

We try to eat our dinner in the restaurant which serves buffet and paid Php1250 for this. Remember they are not accepting cash but credit card is good in all transactions anywhere in the vicinitity.

Overall our stay here is one of the best bonding/vacation of the family...

I can only rate the condos or apartment as we never stayed at the hotel. Of course location is far from metro manila as this is Batangas. It is a given. Many food options here but a bit pricey. If staying at a condo you have the freedom to bring any food. Cooked or to be cooked. You also have the option to eat outside the cove for cheaper alternatives. Try Kristiyans. Less than a kilometer away from the main gate. They have lunch buffet from 11 to 2pm for only 300 pesos or about 6 USD. Sulit na. Meals inside the resort range from 450 up. Suggest you go for the evening ala carte at pico sands hotel. They have their grill menu that time. Cant go wrong with chicken teriyaki or chicken barbecue. Since we stayed at the condo you have to pay for additional 900 to get access to amenities like the pool, beach, gym, etc. Oh if using a condo make sure to ask if they have towels. Else bring your own. Towel rentals 50 php but you need to leave an id and need to be returned by...
