FAN'S HOTEL ORMOC — Hotel in Ormoc

Hello, I was the recent guest in your hotel. We were disappointed lang siguro and we apologize for the stains but if everything was explained and there is really a signed agreement for it we should’ve been more careful because in the first place it was an accident because we are taking some pictures and it just so happened that we were near or at the bed for some. And for hotels, you shouldn’t expect all guest to read all the agreements so make sure that you remind them. Hopefully, next time you wouldn’t let any guest be disappointed as us because we were actually budgeting our money for this. One of my worst hotel experiences ever. After trying to sleep for 2.5 hours, due to a celebration, I requested a quieter room. After receiving the key, come to find out, someone just left the room and it was extremely unkept/not ready. Bedding everywhere so on and so forth. I was told to wait for the house keeper to arrive in 20 minutes. 1.5 hours later I am told they do not do late housekeeping. They wasted over 4 hours of sleeping time. I ended up going back to the original room because the celebration finally ended. When I ask them about some form of retribution, they just said sorry sir....
