Jollibee — Restaurant in Ormoc

This morning, May 13, 2024, I visited your Ormoc branch to purchase food as I was hungry for the trip. I ordered a Mix and Match for takeout, totaling 75 pesos (1 burger & 1 regular fries). I understand it was just a small order. I placed the order around 9 am with one of your cashiers, a woman with a boy haircut. She gave me a beeper, explaining that it would only buzz when the order was ready. After waiting for several minutes with no buzz, I approached a crew member near the claiming area, inquiring about my takeout. He informed me that the beeper would only sound. Another 5 minutes passed, and still no buzz. I approached again. I went to the counter three times to inquire, receiving the same response each time. I observed that even customers who arrived after me were served before me. I waited for nearly an hour for a burger and fries. Finally, as a last attempt, I approached a crew member and asked them to check my order and why it still wasn't ready. Upon checking, the crew discovered that my order receipt was missing from the counter. It had disappeared, and I couldn't determine who was at fault. If I hadn't approached, I would have waited in vain. I'm writing this to bring awareness to what happened and to find a solution to the problem. Why did this occur, and why is the service provided by the crew unsatisfactory? I'm sharing this with you so that you can take action to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers and to avoid further...

I can't say anything about the food at Jollibee because it's proven and tested that their food there is really good.. the only thing I don't like about the Aviles Branch is that the guards and staff only let the old woman enter the establishment..

They also just let it approach the customers who are eating there and ask for food.

Based on what I experienced after we ate there, I saw the old lady was already outside Jollibee.

And when we're about to leave the establishment, I was just surprised because suddenly an old woman I saw inside Jollibee grabbed and pulled my right arm tightly and said.. " PANGHATAG LGE OG KWARTA BA ! "

Jollibee in Ormoc is a go-to place for many: familiar menu, relatively good value, convenient with drive thru / delivery / dine-in options. It does what people expect for a fast food chain: satisfies comfort food cravings, places for family or quick meal, especially for kids.
