We had a high expectations for this place because of the stunning photos on their page, but our actual experience was far from what was advertised. The pool was dirty, and the rooms were not well- maintained, their were bed bugs in the room, making it hard to relax. Also, there were no toiletries provided in each room and the shower is not working due to very low pressure of water. To make things worse, the entire resort felt extremely hot during the day, with little to no effort put into making the environment comfortable for guests.

We arrived around 10am but their check in time is 2pm so we had waited til 2pm and not able as well to.use their amenities, unlike to our other escapade we were able to start using their amenities while waiting for the room.

Room too small understandable you got what you pay for Php1900. shower in our room seems dont work well.

Around the swimming pool is too slippery, saw guests slipped as well as my child. Though my 5 years old son enjoyed it because they have part of the swimming pool for kids.
