Panglao Sea Resort — Hotel in Panglao

The 1st day and night was okay. Food was great. But when the next day when their manager was gone. They let us wait for an hour to served the food. Poor quality service! And when we are about to leave, I left a gold watch in the bathroom when I returned, the cleaning staffs said they never saw it. I never found the watch and I am sure I left it in the bathroom. I was so devastated. Never going back to this resort again! I left the resort with a heavy negative feelings.😥💔😩 I hide my real name for PRIVACY. We are in a HURRY TO LEAVE the Resort because we have a busy schedule. If we are not in a hurry I would rather report the incident to the nearest POLICE STATION to report the incident. We are good at the staff but still they dare not to be honest and stole my valuables. Its a lesson for every tourist NEVER EVER TRUST resort staffs and DON'T be NICE to them coz THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE of your KINDNESS! We should have READ THE REVIEWS of this Hotel! Many people have said it has a BAD SERVICE even the owner! OMG! There are also people who had lost their valuables and things because of their DISHONEST...

Enjoyed our 4 night stay in this resort in early July. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The 2 bdrm penthouse (top floor) was spacious and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and stove. There is a large patio and a laundry line which is useful. They also provide purified water. The Seaview was beautiful, and my husband snorkeled on our last day. There is no elevator so it is important to know this before booking. The landscape with the pool & grotto were well maintained. It’s rainy season so it was overcast most afternoon. The resort’s location is remote so it was great to there is a restaurant. We went to Alona for our diving & it was 15-20 min ride. We ate breakfast and some dinners here. The staff were very nice, respectful, helpful, and friendly. We met the owner and he was friendly. The bar had happy hour offers. It is great that we can use our credit cards without service fee. On Sunday night, there is live music and the singers were very good. The only thing was that there were small ants in the kitchen so don’t leave any...
